The one in THIS thread is yummy. It is a crockpot recipe but could be made in the oven.

I have a question... if you wanted to add broccoli to the recipe, would you cook it all day in the crock pot or just steam it and add it at the end before serving?

When I make Kraft Dinner, I make it normally at first, but I don't add the milk when it's done. Instead, I add a can of Cream of something soup [mushroom, broccoli, etc] and a can of tuna.

If just the children are eating it, then I make up 2 boxes. 3 with me and 4 if DH is home.

Here is one I found (I haven't tried it yet) I plan on making it this evening for dinner.

2c. Macaroni Noodles
4c. Shredded Cheese
1 stick Butter
1/4c. Flour
1t. Salt
1t. Ground Mustard
1/2t. Ground Black Pepper
3/4t. Cyan Pepper
2T. Chopped Onion
2c. Milk
1c. Sour Cream

Cook Macaroni. When tender, drain and pour in Casserole pan.

Melt Butter in large saucepan.
Stir in Onion, Black Pepper, Cyan Pepper, Salt, and Mustard.
Pour in Milk and Sour Cream.
Mix in Flour.
Stir in 3c. Cheese and mix well.

Combine with noodles in casserole pan.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of casserole.

Bake @350, for 30mins- 1 hour.

Weeeeell, it's not really THAT great, but it's quick, easy, healthy and the children like it. I don't mind it, I like it better with soup and tuna in it.

I try to make extra and keep some in the fridge at all times. Easy for the children to heat up if I'm really busy or feeling under the weather.
