Mac & Cheese, in the slow cooker

Anybody have any good recipes? I'm making Thanksgiving dinner this year and was going to do a baked mac & cheese, but if I can find a good slow cooker recipe, I'll try that instead.

I have one..I make Mac-n-cheese casserole in mine for just about EVERY holiday..

For single serving:

2 Cups macaroni cooked & drained,2 Tbs cooking oil, 1- 12 oz can evaporated milk, 1 1/2 Cups of milk,3 Cups sharp shredded cheddar cheese, 1/4 Cup melted butter. Toss cooked macaroni in 2 Tbs oil in the crockpot, Add ALL remaining ingredients. Stir well,cover and cook 3-4 hrs on low,stirring occasionally..

I ALWAYS double everything and it takes no time for it to be gone..

Oh,you are VERY welcome!! Let me know what you think of it when you try it..I still have to get the rest of the stuff for our dinner..LOL..I picked up about everything for the Green bean casserole,the rolls,the potatoes (creamed potatoes)and the turkey will come from DH's boss..So,all I have left to get is the rest of the cheese (mac-n-cheese) evap milk,noodles,2 cans of apples,2 boxes of the jiffy white cake mix and a can of pineapple juice..Gonna make punch to drink and some apple cobbler for desert..If anyone wants the recipe for the cobbler,just get some jiffy white cake mix and it is on there (but it is called something else...LOL)but is very good!!
