Can't post every day, but still want to have some accountability for what I'm doing. Here's what I ate today (for better or worse!): Oatmeal, 2 packets 2 cups coffee 1 cup green tea 40 oz water Chick-Fil-A chicken strip salad w/ Honey Mustard Dressing Handful of dried blueberries 1 WW yogurt (1 pt) 2 WW chocolates (1 pt each) Mashed potatoes Carrots Salisbury Steak Activity: Walked and jogged (combo of the two) 1 mile with our newest addition, Lady (German Shepard, 1 yr old) -------------------- Julie with Nathan (11) Gabe (8) and id twins Hannah and Olivia (6)

If you haven't posted to it in a while you will need to do a search to show the thread past so many days. Does that make sense?
