I'm really trying to get motivated. It has been hard. I'm going to use this area more as a food intake journal until I get my butt in gear!
I'll start with what I had yesterday and today. Yesterday Breakfast - 2 pecan twirls and a cup of coffee Lunch - tuna mixed w/ miracle whip, two slices of cheese, two slices of high fiber/flax/omega 3 bread and a cup of diet green tea Snack - Sugar free jell-o, a serving of nuts, and a bottled water Dinner - Flank steak, brown rice, and mixed veggies w/ a glass of water Dessert (my weakness) - slice of apple pie Today Breakfast - 2 pecan twirls and a cup of coffee Snack - South Beach bar and a bottled water Lunch - 3 cups lettuce mixed with baby carrots, cheese crumbles, turkey lunch meat, a few craisins, and Carb Well French dressing Snack - fat free/sugar free key lime yogurt and a Coke Zero Dinner - not sure. Probably chicken, veggie, and some kind of side. I've decided I'm going to have keep sugar free dessert (jell-o products) or make my own. I did very well when I previously dieted because I had my little splurge every day. We have a few leftover treats around from New Year's and it isn't making it easy for me! As you can also see, I need more water. I have a beheamouth mug and I need to drink one a day (it holds 62 oz. total). I picked up two WW mags at the store today, so I plan to do some reading this weekend. One of the mags is a recipe book of meals that have 5 ingredients and can be ready in 15 minutes. If I make enough then I can pack that for lunch for work if I want something other than salad. ![]() -------------------- |

Little Debbie and Mrs. Freshley's (Wal-mart) make them. Other stores may carry them also. They are evil. Although, calorie wise and such...really not as bad as a cinnamon roll or sticky bun.
I've been eating my oatmeal and berries this weekend, so I'm ready to go! I also made my low carb dessert, so I have my fix! -------------------- |

I've been good EXCEPT for the potato chips I ate with my boys last night. Ugh. Hoping for a good weigh in tomorrow.
I got some sugar free treats to help me not fall off the wagon. ![]() -------------------- |

Since I can't edit yesterday, I'll post it here:
Wednesday: tuna on croissant w/ tomato and lettuce cool ranch doritos ![]() aquafina flavored water chocolate (bad chocolate day, won't go into quantity) ![]() water pot roast mashed potatoes corn Thursday: 2 packets oatmeal coffee water I'm going to start listing my activity/exercise for the day, but not sure how I want to incorporate it? Yesterday I walked our dog twice at a nice swift walking pace and I would say it totalled about a mile for the day. I did not walk her this morning, but will walk her tonight. Also, I got a very very nice ellipitical from my inlaws (they dropped it off this AM) and I hope to do 30-60 minutes of that every night. I will see how my stamina is because I may have to do the elliptical a few nights and have some breaks in between. ![]() -------------------- |
