My newborn is up for few hours during day, What do I do?

Newbie Group: Members Posts: 1 Member No.: 22,896 Joined: 14-December 09	My newborn is a week old today and as of yesterday she stayed up for 4 hours. She is very cranky and I cannot comfort her. I make sure she is warm, she is fed, not wet diaper, and she still seems to be fussy. What can I do?
