After 3 girls, I finally had my baby boy last November. His name is Micheal Aidan Connor, everyone except his father and my brother, call him Aidan (his dad calls him Micheal and my bro calls him Mikey, bc his middle name is yep, Micheal). He was born on November 10, 2008.
He was born with a cleft lip, but his palate was fully formed, thank God. But he did have to have surgery in June to have it repaired, and it looks wonderful now.
The poor guy was also born with ecxema, which showed up about 2 weeks after he was born. But with the coming of warm weather, his skin has cleared up a lot. Hopefully this fall and winter will not make it worse again.

He is 9 months old now, and already weighs right around 20 lbs. He has 4 teeth in, which he got in all within a week. He CAN sit up, but the question is does he want to. And the answer is not often. He just started crawling this week, and it's not a normal crawl. He starts out on his belly and then pulls his legs up under his butt, and then lunges with his upper body and inches his way along. I call it his inchworm crawl and his grandma, my mil, calls it leapfrogging.

He is gorgeous. They did a great job on his cleft lip..I would have never noticed.

my son, whos almost 7 months, did that same leapfrog crawl for 3 days and now hes finally crawling properly. He still does the leapfrog thing though if he wants to get somewhere fast because hes still a bit wabbly crawling.

Yes he is a real cutie , its great what they can do now . My ds also has awful eczma its all over his arms and legs and cheeks at times . it doesnt bother him so I just let it be . I heard taking dairy out of their diet helps but he loves his milk and yogart .

Riley has it as well. Hes been put on 2 different creams and next step is a dermatologist. Poor little man scratches and scratches until he bleeds so I have to keep a shirt on him at all times which sucks in this heat. Its mainly on his chest but also on his thighs and elbows
