NE1 interested in tracking water again?

Diamond Member Group: Members Posts: 27,917 Member No.: 236 Joined: 4-August 03	I know we did this a long time ago, a few of us, keeping track of how much water we drink in a day. It helped motivate me to drink more. With my IC I have to drink a lot of water and well I hate to because of the IC. If it helps in any weight loss I'm great with that, too, but I don't see it helping that area too much. If you wanna join me, let me know.
