I recommend making the kids patties smaller, or doubling the recipe because they really shrink up during baking. These are a big hit around here and so easy but a nice, lighter burger.
1 lb ground turkey 4 oz Feta cheese 1/2 c Mayo 2 T Curry Powder (I didn't have any, so I used Season All and they were still good) Garnish: Spinach leaves, sliced red onion Mix mayo and curry powder in small bowl. In larger bowl, combine turkey, 2oz Feta, and 2T of the mayo/curry mixture. Form into 4 quarter pound patties. Broil for 11-14 minutes. Place on buns, add additional mayo mixture, feta, spinach leaves and red onions. |
