I'm not well versed in food allergies although I have some. I've always been able to eat the things I'm allergic to as long as it's in small amounts so I haven't ever worried about it. But lately it's taken less of those foods to get a worse reaction and I'm wondering if food allergies can be at all tied to seasonal allergies? My seasonal allergies are SO MUCH WORSE here that I'm wondering if it's somehow making my food allergies worse too? Like a higher sensitivity all around? Anyone know if they can be related?
