I stopped at Staples tonight to see if I could find a pencil gripper for Mckaylee. I was trying to find one that has the triangle shape..I think it will help Mckaylee grip the pencil a little better. Can you believe that they don't have one? I bought some other kind, but they look more like they are just suppose to look pretty then to actually function.

What happened to anyhing you need you can find at Staples? growl.gif

How frustrating. I never go into Staples because I always have such a hard time finding what I need. And Walmart is usually cheaper.

I totally agree. We have been trying to get one for Thomas and no one has them. I am actually going to have to break down and go into a Grand & Toy to look there, it is the only store we haven't been in. Hope you find one.

Bri, is she using the regular pencils or are they fatter ones? They have fatter pencils that are ment for younger kids starting out. Those might help her. I found them at Office Max. I think thats what they use in Alex's pre-k class. Its how we taught him at home how to hold a pencil before he started pre-k.

I found some at the Book A Million..I almost ordered some from a site I found, but they had them. They didn't have the triangle ones, but they had the round looking ones.
