Favorite Toy/Activity:
anything Yu-Gi-Oh, video games, singing, soccer, and crafts

Latest Achievement:
reading independantly, doing well in soccer, making more friends

Other Information:
Jacob is an old soul. he is so amazingly caring and compassionate and helpful. he loves his family and his faith in God is tremendous for his age. he is always doing little things that warm everyone's hearts. he is more thoughtful than most of the adults i know. he is my little love bug!
