Wow... what a nice surprise!

Happy Spring! Group: Administrators Posts: 27,473 Member No.: 2 Joined: 8-February 03	I lost 5 lbs this week and I haven't even been trying. The only thing I have done differently is drink more water. I've never been a water drinker and I have to force myself to drink it. But, I've been keeping a big bottle of water by my computer when I work and I drink it throughout the day without even thinking about it. I still eat the same, excercise the same, so it must be the water.
