a colposcopy after an abnormal pap?
..I have to have one and am just looking to find out from someone who has had this procedure if it is very painful and how were you feeling afterward? and anything else you are comfortable sharing.. I'm kind of nervous about the whole situation and the descriptions of the procedure online aren't helping calm me! |

I have neer had one, but I made Dh have one done a few years back. Really, they give you meds to make you relax and not remember, so it won't be that bad. I have heard that the worst part of the whole thing is the laxative you have to take the night before. For Dh it was a gallon of orange flavored water stuff, and boy, it really cleaned him out.
