Happy Spring! Group: Administrators Posts: 27,473 Member No.: 2 Joined: 8-February 03	If I want to get serious about losing my baby gut (still left from 5 years ago) then I need to give up Pepsi completely. I've been trying to "wean" myself and cut down slowly to avoid the headaches, but I just have no self-control. If I have one Pepsi then I want another, and if they are in the house, I drink them. So... no more Pepsi in the house. You probably wouldn't want to be around me the next few days, I probably won't be a pleasant person. The same thing happened to me... I did cut it out completely and got back down to a size 6/8. But, as soon as I drank one Pepsi, I started the old habit again and I gained every pound and inch back. This time I am going to stick with it... I won't even have it in the house.

Personally, I love diet Pepsi but I've been drinking diet since I was 16,,,,,,,so regular soda tastes gross to me. I am highly addicted so the headaches are excruciating if I go cold turkey.
