I won an auction on ebay for a new baby Bjorn carrier on Monday. I got it yesterday already! Can I just say ONE thing... I LOVE IT. I have a snugli and HATE IT... it's so hard to get Sawyer (and Laiken when she was that little) IN and OUT of it. I could NEVER do it by myself. The Bjorn is AWESOME, I can do it all by myself and it's a PIECE OF CAKE! The other good thing about it... it retails for $75-80 and I won the auction for $55 WOOHOO.
By the way if anyone's looking for one... the guy has more up for auction that are buy it now feature for the same price His user name on Ebay is pilldr Hope this helps anyone who's looking for one -------------------- Lindsay mom to Laiken (6-3-00) and Sawyer (1-31-03)

Hmmmmm......maybe I will have to go and check it out - I had a Snugli and had the same problems you did - we switched to a sling, which I used when we were out and about, but sometimes the kid would like to sit up - and that would be good!! Glad to hear another opinion!
And my DH would also get a kick out of it since it's made in Sweden - -------------------- Beverly, DH Eje, and mom to PJ, 20 Leah, 18 Sara, 16 Anders, 5

That's a great price!! I got one on sale too--it was the very first baby item I bought back when I was about 3-4 months I think. We actually don't use it much--Iain likes the maya wrap sling better because he can move around more in it (he sits upright facing me--the only position he likes). He's a wiggly guy. But he is much more secure in the BB and I use that when we go out (use the sling at home).

That is great!! I know a great carrier can go a long way!!! We have one by Eddie Bauer. It is so awesome!!! It holds a lot of weight and is very supportive for your back. I won mine on Ebay too for a much cheaper price!! Isn't ebay the best!!! I am addicted to it...and am going to start selling some clothes that I make on there.
