I hope the monster that did this has to go through even worse every day that he is in jail, and I hope that it's for a very, very long time... until another inmate decides that he doesn't deserve to live anymore. If they do continue to charge your BIL, I hope he asks for a trial by jury... surely no one would find him guilty in this situation. I pray it won't even get that far, though. Lots of prayers and hugs to you all. --------------------

I believe she will recover and will be okay, although her childhood is now lost. What a terrible tragedy. As the others stated, you don't even want to know what I would do to the perpetrator. There's also a story on MSNBC.com about the guy. Disgusting, horrible, evil person. I don't know what the latest on my ex BIL is, whether he is in jail or not. I doubt he would get bail on a charge like that, but at the hearing he should be free and clear as long as what the DA said is true that no charges would be pressed. Thanks for your support guys. My heart aches for my niece.
