The guy on the right went for Canadian Idol auditions on Saturday... he got past the producers, and I haven't heard back from him whether he made it past the judges yet.

If you do decide to follow the diet I posted, you can expect to lose between 2 and 4 pounds a week, completely healthily - but you have to follow it 100%...any cheating on it will cause your body to get out of ketosis, and use other than your stored energy (fat).
