Ok, this article is not comforting at all. It appears we can't eat anything, drink water or wine, take medication, dye our hair, or clean or paint our houses. Scary stuff though.

Ok so basically what I am seeing is, we can't smoke or drink...can't breath, can't drive, can't clean our house, can't make ourselves look good. Can't even drink water. Some of these things we need to live...(like water and air lol) but hmmmm just LIVING causes cancer IMO. I guess we have 2 choices, A) kill ourselves or live life to the fullest doing whatever we want since it will kill us anyway. I don't know what to think of this.

I wanted to see where all of this was coming from, basically b/c I got the impression they were promoting some "green" products or tips on making your home "green". Which I'm not against, btw. I just don't think it's practical for most people.
Anyhow, the studies were done by the researchers here: http://www.silentspring.org/ I do my part and live a healthy lifestyle. I try my best to avoid most all of these things, but that's all any of us can do, really. I still believe if we are going to get cancer, there's nothing we can do to avoid it. It still doesn't hurt to live a healthy life and that doesn't mean you can't enjoy it or live it to the fullest. It does mean that maybe you will get to enjoy it a lot longer, though. |

The hair dye I've used alone on my hair in the 10+ years I've been dying not to mention the 10+ years I've taken BC pills in my life, man I'm really at risk then! That is really scary
