Yes, I am. My jeans no longer look like they are digging into me... there's actually some creases in them.

Here's an update... I measured an inch less in both my hips and my waist.

I'm down to 160.4

159 this morning at the clinic.

I'm in another decade!!

I'm so ticked. I've hit a plateau. I'm sooo not spending all this $$$ a week to PLATEAU.

I've broken the seal, so to speak... and from yesterday, my scale this morning ways 156.2. I cant' wait for AF to be done. I'm sooo not going to meet my goal of 149 by next wednesday... I have to admit I'm a little dissapointed... but oh well. Such is life.

now to keep this weight off are you going to have to eat this way meaning diet for the rest of your life?
The only reason why I ask this is bc if you go back to eating your reg. food that the rest of the family is eating its going to be so diffrent and what is your body going to do with the food

No Lisa, I will not hav eto eat this way for the rest of my life. Onc I am done the weight loss part, then i go on what they call maintenance... and that is slowly reintroducing regular foods to your system.

I won't have much of an issue with that... because I ate mostly healthy to begin with.

I obviously won't be able to go and eat Mc Donalds every day... lol but I will need to keep eating healthy, just like anyone who tries to stay their optimum weight.

My mother has been eating regular food for the past year. She has only gained a few pounds... when she quit smoking.

I'm happy to say I'm past my halfway point.

After my meeting with the clinic nurse this morning - we've determined that my body will be better suited at 145. Reasons are that since I've been plateauing - that's usually a hint that my body's had almost enough and so my goal has been changed to 145 rather than 130.

Which I totally agree with. I'd told them that in the beginning... but whatever.

So... just over 9 pounds to go. I'm SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!

So I've bene on maintenace since LAST Friday. i haven't gained any weight back.

I go tomorrow morning. I'm going to be on maintenance until at least Monday. Too many things to do, people to see...

Next monday though, I'm going to go back o nthe diet to lose the last 10.

Go figure, I gain two pounds since the last weigh in. Probably need to take a laxative. Ha! ok TMI.

Anyways... back at it full speed ahead, no longer on maintenance. This week should be interesting. Might have a bit of booze on saturday though... since I'm doing a wedding and I'm really nervous.



In two weekd I should be really close to my goal.

So in the last 3 weeks, I've gained 2 pounds.

Gotta love when the school kids start selling chocolate.
