I've decided to lose a few pounds, maybe like 20 or so. I've stopped snacking when I'm bored cuz that's a big habit of mine. And I'm cutting down on my pop which will be hard also. My problem is that after a few days I never stick with it. Any tips to stick with it? One plus is that since I started doing this three days ago I have to use the next smallest hole on my belt but I'm just afraid I won't stick with it and gain it all back.

We have a dieting and healthy eating forum, you should start a journal with the rest of us.....biggest advice is get support (like from us).

Drink water when your bored, or even a stick of gum.

Here's the link for the forum.....

Might try adding some exercise too. For me, that goes along way, even if I hit a "bump" in the road!!

I agree with keeping a food journal. It can be a real eyeopener.
