Graceland Group: Moderators Posts: 23,956 Member No.: 32 Joined: 5-March 03	I am wondering how much we all lost this month, I know some of you have WI tongiht so if you could after you have your WI post how uch you have lost THIS month, then we can add it all up and see how much lighter we all are. That way anyone can post in it all week. We don't have to just stick to one day. Just post a WI thread on Monday and anyone can post in it all week. And, it's been one month since I started my healthy lifestyle so I wanted to see my progress. I lost 8 pounds this month! So, A grand total of 32.5 pounds lost!!!

Next week will be better and I'm adding a day to my workout this week, so next Friday should be more positive. So 3 lbs - .5 leaves me with a loss of 2.5 lbs this month.
