I'm feeling a bit better in some ways.
I'm going to force myself to go to the gym tomorrow night and sit in the sauna for a bit then do a workout. -------------------- |

Well things aren't back to normal here. I'm still not feeling well, picky with what I eat, etc...
I did go to the gym today though. Was only able to stay and do 30 mins on the bike and then after 10 mins on the elliptical I started to feel nausious, so I took that as a sign of to much and went home. I got a good workout in on the bike though, and am glad I went overall. -------------------- |

Ok it's been awhile since I posted. I have to start again. I'm pretty much over this cold, we're back from "vacation" and most importantly I just applied for my old job at the gym that I had 6 years ago before being posted. There was a job posting on the website yesterday so I went for it. That being said, I'm nowhere as lean as I was then and I need to lose a lot of weight to feel comfortable working there, but I applied because it's casual, which means I get to be home with the kids more, get some extra money, and hopefully will not have to work many days.
I have yet to eat anything this morning, but I will go up and eat in a minute. A crossant and I don't know. We have to go shopping as there's not a lot in the fridge, unfortunetly I'm not going until the weather warms up a bit, it's freezing outside and I don't feel like dragging groceries into the car and house with the wind sweeping me off my feet. I am up 1 lb last week, but AF is suppose to be here, I say suppose to because she's not. She's actually almost a week late I think ![]() ![]() ![]() Anyway, will update after the gym tonight, or tomorrow morning. Breakfast:
Crossant, yogart, juice Snack: Smoothie with milk and fruit Lunch: 2 slices of leftover pizza Dinner: meatloaf with gravy, potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower with cheese sauce. Juice I'm doing horrible with my water, so I'm going to try and get some in tomorrow. Not going to the gym today as planned. Ron has to work late. -------------------- |

2 slices of multigrain with peanut butter, milk Lunch small can of tuna, half avacado, cup of chick peas, glass of juice Snack: Krispy minis Had some water, but not much yet today. -------------------- |

Ok so I'll post my success here.
I'm not going to go into detail because I think that's where I veared off the last time. In the last 4 weeks I have lost 11 lbs. Last week I lost 1. So doing well. I'm succedding in uping my running, pushups, and situps. -------------------- |
