afternoon snack:
apple

dinner:
salmon steak and 1/2 bagel w/FF cream cheese....that was the remainder of the left overs! And I'm still hungry, grr.
Maybe a Slim Fast muffin snack bar will be in order before 8pm!

I didn't have a slim fast snack last night but I did have a handful of cashews.

Breakfast:
scrambled eggs and grits....I guess it was about 2 eggs...I scrambled 3 and shared with Thomas

All these small steps will add up. No worries on the cashews they are still a healthy choice. Great job. thumb.gif

Yep, cashews are great! thumb.gif

You're doing good! Keep your focus. If you can, take a walk later. Try to get in at least 30 mins of walking a day.

Great job Naomi, how was your walk with Thomas earlier? I too love yogurt, the only problem I have with the dessert ones is that it becomes a trigger food with me and I can't get enough of them.

Keep up the great work.

<hiding in shame> sorry to disappoint Terri....I didn't go for a walk like I said I would. blush.gif I'll just admit it, I'm a lazy bum! That is something I must work on!

Thanks Aim...lunch time today was hard, I almost caved but then I realized I had tuna! Then I was stressed about dinner and I realized I had my MIL's awesome spaghetti sauce! DAY SAVED!! I really am not starving or anything. I mean if I get hungry I have a snack, usually yogurt or fruit and then by the time I'm hungry again it's meal time! WORKS FOR ME!! biggrin.gif

1 lb loss! Not great but I'll take it. That's 2 since I started a couple of weeks ago. I probably should be counting the tenth of a pound, since my scale measures that....I'll start that next week.

DH, bless his heart, had such a good night last night at work and he was excited to come home and wanted to do something for us....picked up a dozen donuts on the way home! wub.gif blush.gif I only ate 2 and I'm hoping he finishes what is left before I get hungry again.

Tonight is Mommy's Night Out...going out to eat with my other Mommy friends!! I'll be good! My treat was the donuts this morning.

Good job on the loss!!!!! thumb.gif It's always okay to treat yourself on weigh in day! happy.gif I used to do the same thing!

Yeah, dont' worry about activity. If it's too hard to fit it in right now, give yourself a couple of weeks. Baby steps. wink.gif hug.gif

Ok, thank goodness the weekend is over! Friday was a bust with the donuts (I had 3 I think total) but I did get grilled shrimp at dinner instead of fried (which is my absolute favorite food!!) but it came with french fries and hush puppies. Saturday we went to my in laws and she cooked, which wasn't horrible actually. Yesterday we went out for dinner again, Mexican...but Tim and I split a dish so again, not horrible.

Today so far
1/2 banana
grits
1 piece of toast w/pb
oj
