Sounds like you are keeping positive even if you can't get out for a workout and your eating habits are great. Keep it up girl!

I forgot to record what I ate yesterday. Well, it was pretty much a carbon copy of the other days. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Ethan is STILL sick. Still has fever. I had planned on running some errands today. We are out of everything!

Scotty gets home early tonight so I can go to dinner with my friends. I'm going to eat healthy all day so I can enjoy myself tonight.

I feel good today. Curiousity got the best of me so I hopped on the scale. I was pleased with what I saw. Scotty kept telling me I've lost weight, but I haven't worn regular clothes in weeks so I didn't know. I know I've lost inches, but it's good to know the pounds are shedding, too.

Keep up the great work Aimee, enjoy yourself tonight with your friends. Did you take Ethan to the doctors? You may need too. Hope he is feeling better soon.

Ethan isn't feeling much better, but the fevers are gone. It's just a really nasty cold.

I had a GREAT time last night. I just couldn't have eaten a lot if I wanted to. I was full after a few bites plus I was drinking lots of hot tea. We had a lot of fun driving Scotty's car around Dallas after we ate.

Today I haven't been as good. Tomorrow is another day, though. I'll be glad when I can get back to eating the way I was. I'm feeling so full and heavy and sluggish.

glad you had fun with the girls, glad you did well. How is Ethan feeling? Hers hoping for a fresh new day. I am tring not to look back and get down but to pick up and move foward.

Thanks you guys. Sorry I haven't been as active in the forum the past few days. It's been busy.

Ethan is finally feeling better. He went to school yesterday and I went to volunteer at Maddie's school so I didn't get a chance to go to the gym. I went this morning and took kickboxing. I'm coming down with a head cold, but I actually feel fine when I'm working out so I'm just going to ignore it.

My eating is fine.

So far my plan for today:

Breakfast: 1 pc whole wheat toast w/apple butter, OJ
Morning snack: banana, popcorn
Lunch: turkey wrap
Afternoon snack: yogurt, apple
Dinner: something w/eggplant and zucchini...
Drinks: water

Wow, that's a fancy schmancy bridesmaids dress! I think it'll look great on you!

Isn't it ridiculous? It's pretty, but a little overboard.

I went out to eat tonight. I had grilled chicken, steamed veggies and a salad. I brought most of it home with me.

Great job chosing the good stuff and even better job not eating it all. Keep it up.

Another busy day today

I'm leaving the house in a bit and won't be back until this afternoon- late. I need to take something healthy to snack on while I'm out. And I need to go eat breakfast!

I will have to say, though, if you bleached that dress I'd swear it looked like a wedding dress. The brides dress better be kick-BUTT or she's going to be shown up

Ha! Thanks you guys. I dont' think I'll look THAT great in it, but I hope to look a little better than I did at the fitting. Okay, I was hoping for more than that even, but I don't have much time. Hopefully the sickies are over so I can get back to the gym on a regular basis. I do have a cold, but that's not stopping me. I'm so determined.

Okay, I took a pilates class today. I would like to take one a week. I like that it works on the lower abs mostly. I need that.

Then I went and got my hair done.

Breakfast: banana, protein bar
Morning snack: applesauce, almonds
Another snack: popcorn
Late Lunch: chicken
Dinner: Whole wheat spaghetti and turkey meatballs

Isn't it crazy how fancy it is for a garden wedding?? I tried to get her to pick something different. Her dress isn't all that fancy and she mentioned that the bridesmaids dresses may outshine her. But, she changed her mind and decided they would compliment her nicely. I agreed and added that after all, she is the bride and no one outshines the bride on her day. Hey, it's my job as matron of honor to boost the self confidence of the bride.
