Sorry I have not posted much this week, not much to report on. I have been trying to walk a few days and have been eating less. Keeping busy does help. I am trying to clean the house wacko.gif and get the yard stuff done wacko.gif I did WI today.......................I am down 1lbs banana.gif so thats 7lbs down 23lbs to go. I am very happy I lost this week, and look forward to more comming off. I so cant wait to have my clothes fall off me so I can move on to the ones that are to tight. Once I get to the 10lbs mark I will try some of the to tight ones and hope one fits.

blush.gif I cant believe I let so much time get by blush.gif I have come back and hope I can stay longer and better this time. I am so annoyed with myself. I will not look back, wont do any good anyway, moving foward.

Well onto a new me, got to drop let say 40lbs over all from where I check in this morning. I will eat better and less, and work out more often. I plan on getting to the gym 1-2 days a week along with doing things at home, like walking, swimming, gardening, cleaning house...ect. really anything I can to keep me moving and away from the kitchen.

wavey.gif Hi well after this crazy weekend I am back and supprsed that I actaully have lost 2lbs since my last weight in. I decied that 40lbs more need to come off that would make a grand total of 48lbs gone. I plan on working out 2-3 times a week with watching what I eat and how much and drinking LOTS of water espically with this humidity we are having. I hope to drop 1-2lbs a week. Not sure what day will be WI days probably thursdays or fridays.
