Well I am finaly back at it..........I officaly statred last week with trying to cut back how much I eat. I am doing much better. I have a goal of 30lbs off by June 15th. Very reasonable. I walked a mile last night and plan on doing that once a day and adding some other work outs here and there for varitey. Fridays are my offical weigh in days. I will pop in when I can, I am not to to list food as that always makes mu feel like I am hungry. I am drinking more water again and will try and listen to my body when I need food.

oh and my reward if I make the goal on time? I will treat myself to a day-at-the-spa.....I sooo want that so thats what I will think of when I feel the desire to cheat.

did good overall yesterday, I kept an eye on what and how much I was eating, at work its easy to keep on track but at home I just wanna eat, so I am working on finding other things to keep me busy. We had fish for dinner I opted not to have it on a bun thumb.gif I also got my mile walk in thumb.gif I plan on doing a mile a day at minimum and work up.

thanks Karen I am really tring this time, I cant stand the way my clothes feel anymore and I REFUSE to buy new ones, so I have to deal with what I have till I drop some of the weight.

I peeked at the scale this morning and I am down 2lbs from last friday thumb.gif I knwo I shoudl not do it but once a week or longer but I wanted to see if I had made any progress....so I am happy about that and look foward to friday and see what my week loss work has done and I hope it will keep me moving to lose the weight once and forall.

Yep Kelly that woudl be a big treat and IMO well deserved

SO yesterday over all was a good day, only real sip was an oatmeal rasin cookie, it was yummy and at least of all the cookies its one of the healthier ones laugh.gif

I was tired last night and did not want to do my mile walk but I got up and did it anyway, I am very proud of me for doing it, I so could have easily not done it but I thought well its only 16 minutes I can do it and I did. biggrin.gif

yesterday food wise wes pretty good, went out to eat to Olive Garden, probably overate a little (darn breadstick okay2) but I did my mile walk so thats good. I am hoping for a really good food day today as tomorrow morning I weigh in, this weekend might be tough with it being easter and all but I will really really try and keep the portions down and just taste things that look yummy but not good. thats it for now.

Okay so yesterday also pretty good, shared animal crackers with Kait wub.gif probably had a few more than I should have but we were enjoying the time. Did not do the full mile walk but did get about 1/2 mile in.

So its WI time and I am so HAPPY I can believe it. I LOST 4LBS this week thumb.gif I am so proud of me for trying for an entire week, this deffinalty gives me the modivation to keep going. so 4lbs down 26 to go to reach my first goal, so thats about 2.6lbs to lose a week, VERY do-able.

did good yesterday as well even with AF showing up....forgot she was on her way. I did alot more walking than normal, so I did not to the tv workout. I walked around walmart, a kids museum, and grocery. I did not realy sit much was up doing things, so that was my movement.

I am hoping for another good day.

Saturday was good I watched what I ate, only had what would have been 3 bite servings but I made them smaller to make them last, of all I wanted to taste, so I got a good variety with out over doing it thumb.gif was gone most of the day so I took the day off for the 1 mile walk. Sunday was also good I again watched how much I ate and yes I did splurge and have apple pie but it was a small helping of it, plus I had to see is SFIL could really follow instruction and make a pie, it was yummy, I also got my mile in, so I feel good about that. so 7 out of 8 days this month I did the 1 mile walk thumb.gif

today so far is good, and I will continue to move foward and become that loser I want to be.

did fine in the eating but I did NOT get to work out and do my mile walk sad.gif since Kaitlin was sick I devoted my time to comforting her. I shoudl be able to do the walk tonight. maybe even one this afternoon.....
