Advice from my mom when that happens: eat something healthy QUICK! Have a hand full of nuts or an apple or banana...something to help that hunger subside a little and the you can make a better decision!!

You can do it, stay strong!!

okay I had a grilled chicken sandwich (its from schwans only 5 points and I did not eat all the bun, so it was not a fast food type thing) then I had sugar free jello pudding, and I stoped and got a bananna and just ate that, so I should be okay for now. I still feel blah

OMG, this is me to a T! And it's not food, really for me. It's anything. I sat there staring at the computer and the tv last night just feeling like I needed something else but I didn't know what it was. I have no concentration at all and the same goes for work today. wacko.gif If I could just curl up in a ball and not wake up until I have the desire to I would. My poor kids are taking the brunt of my depressing mood too. sad.gif Blah! Sorry you are feeling this way Di but it is nice to know I'm not alone. blush.gif

Great job Di, sure is nice to see those pounds leave especially if their friends leave shortly after them. Great work on the food choices, shows you can have real food and live in the real world and shed some pounds. Keep it up. smile.gif cheerleader.gif

Well I was hoping to have 5lbs off by the end of the month and I came close 4.5 I am happy with that. I will work to match or better that next month, it is a shorter month so I will be happy with any loss. I am in a pretty good mood right now. I woudl love to take a walk, but its way to cold out, or play the Wii. To bad I have to work till 6pm. Oh and need to go to the grocery store tongiht and stock back up on stuff. Well back to work.

had cheerios for dinner laugh.gif got home late and DH had not cooked and I did not want mac and cheese. I also went to the grocery go got that extra walking in and played Wii for about 20 minutes, I got pro status on Tennis WOOO HOOO rolling_smile.gif so I did get some activity in but I am not going to count it as it was IMO not enought to move the ticker.

breakfast was rasin bran, bannan for a snack and I am getting ready for lunch with some wraps and jello (sugar free).

afternoon snack will be yougert and maybe some gramcracker sticks.

dinner oh here we go again I have not clue Kaitlin has gymnastics so not sure what we will do. wacko.gif

thumb.gif Di, you're doing great. Congrats on 4.5 pounds gone. Here's to a smaller you by the end of February. You can do it. As for the dinner conundrum, how about baked chicken and salads. Pretty easy, fast (if you do pieces of chicken not whole chicken) and very nutritious. thumb.gif
