I love the look of lipstick I think it helps me not look so pale or washed out. However the ones I have been buying dont last and come off easily, mainly cause I was not sure what works. Anyone have one they LOVE that wont kiss or rub off? Oh and stays moist?

I find that using a pencil over the lipstick (or even under sometimes) helps it last longer. It will still kiss off though.

I know there are ones that stay on like all day, but I'm not sure I would want that kind personally. I too hate how it comes off easily, though.

A friend of mine swears by one of those kind that stay on all the time...I can't think of the brand name, but it's Revlon or something like that. Just look at Walmart or Target or any drugstore. But anyway, she loves it, but I don't have the heart to tell her that by after a few hours, her lips look really dry and the lipstick is just on the outer edge of her lips. She wore it for her recent wedding and I didn't care for how it looked...too matte IMO. So I don't have any advice. I mostly wear colored glosses and of course those come off quick. Using a pencil to fill it in does help or putting a little loose powder overtop does too. I've heard dabbing your lips before you go will help...it helps to push the color in the skin more. Where leaving it on thick just makes it smear off.

I use Cover Girl Colorstay lipstick and it works really well, it does dry your lips out though so you have to carry around the gloss that goes with it and put it on every once in a while to make them look wet again.
