Usually when 3 hrs pass I feel a 'letdown' like feeling and try to get into the bathroom to pump asap but sometimes it doenst work but it seems like nothing I try works and it makes it more uncomfortable and it takes longer to get milk... Once agian, any tips are greatly appreciated.

I usually let down a few minutes after I start pumping. It takes a few minutes when ally is nursing too.

Some of the natural food stores around here sell "Rescue Remedy". It's all natural, made from a flower and helps with let downs. Helps you relax and helps if you have painful let downs too. My doula swears by the stuff. Might be something to look into.
