It is official I am now getting rid of all baby (and post baby) weight. It's getting colder so walking outside will be short lived luckily I have a great treadmill that is currently being used for clothes storage
![]() Breakfast: Oatmeal and 2 hardboiled egg whites Lunch: Turkey sandwich and a salad Dinner: Roast with potatos, carrots and onions (already cooking and smelling yummy) snacks: ??? I made some yummy bran muffins and I already sliced some cheese in the fridge Dessert: Smoothie. OJ, Strawberries, mango, pineapple and ice -------------------- ![]() |
