Update

I have been failing on the Update thing but here is the update after J's 2 week check up (a day early ) He is back to his birth weight (technically he threw up on the scale before they weighed him so not quite his birthweight...but darn close) It took Matt 6 weeks to get back to his birthweight so this is an excellent sign.
He has spent the last week on the bili lights for Jaundice he went from 19.7 down to 13 then back up to 15 after they let him off the lights for a day. Now after 2 more days on the light he is back down to 13.6. He is off the lights again as of today and if it goes back up more than 1 pt. on Friday when we go back for the next check they will start looking for the cause because it will no longer be concidered "normal" jaundice
He has Relfux...basically enough said. We are opting not to go with Reglan as of now and we will spot treat the crying spells with Mylanta. If he gets worse they will do the PH probe and put him on Zantac...THis was not a huge surprise as Matt had horrible reflux J actually seems to be a lot better. He only cries when really miserable and then he starts searching for more to eat and that just makes him throw up more
And finally he has the goopy eye from the small tear duct. Dr. gave us the drops just so there wasn't something else to deal with right now. He said it will normally go away on it's own but because of the other "issues" he would just agressively treat right now.

Despite everything he is apparently perfect (which I knew). He is nursing well and is really sweet. Katy and Matt love him and have totally adapted to having him in the house...I am really lucky. Dh does go back to work on Friday so we will see how well we do this next week. he has been awesome making breakfast, lunch, dinner. Bringing me a drink or snack or whatever I want/need.
