I am going to start this for the first time, and maybe a journal will help me with the accountablity part!
I had my son 6 months ago, and am still breast feeding so I dont want to do anything to jeopardize that...that being said, I am following the dr phil book for a life style change. I am a terribley unhealthy eater. I hate veggies and fruit. I think I have lived on pasta for about 33 yrs now. My goal is to be healthier so I can live longer and see my own grandchildren. I also want to set a better example for my kids. I want to teach them to eat better also. I am 213 with a goal of 145lbs. today breakfast: bowl of grape nuts cereal with skim milk snack 6 trisket crackers and water lunch bowl of salad and yogurt snack pop corn (not the diet kind either!) supper pizza one piece (husband is not supportive so far!) -------------------- Stacy, wife to Peter, mom to Caleb, Jakob, and Andrew
