Ok...Im going to try this again. I found a new site that helps me out alot. Right now I weight 158 and my goal is 130 by September 8th. I plan to work out Monday, Wednesday and Friday....and probably the weekends too. Im doing this with www.sparkpeople.com.
MY DIET PLAN...based on my weight and height. 1200-1550 CALORIES PER DAY.....I will try to stay at 1300 27-60 GRAMS OF FAT....I will try to stay at 50 135-252 GRAMS OF CARBS....I will try to stay at 200 30-136 Grams of protien...I will try to stay at 50-75 TODAY BREAKFAST Special K 1 Cup Sliced banana....instead of sugar in special K 1 Cup 2% milk in Cereal...Note to self....buy nonfat today 2 Glasses of water...approximately 15 oz each.
