I'm sorry you are feeling this way. Have you talked to your doctor about this. It sounds like depression and I believe you have battled that before, right? Please forgive me if I'm wrong. ![]() I know our weight loss journeys can bring on even more depression and it's so easy to step into that depression mode to escape from the fact that we are having so much trouble losing. Believe me that's sorta why I took a month (or two, lol) off not too long ago. I was just to busy at work and at home and my weight was starting to depress me and I crashed.
