Ahh Terri, I am so sorry I missed your post. I've been wrapped up in my own life and well, I'm sorry. I wish I could be there to give you hugs in person hun. Please know I am thinking about you and hoping that things get better for you and your family real soon.

Thanks, no worries here, sometimes we really need to focus on ourselves and our life in real life. Hugs to you wish we were closer, sounds like we could all use a little real life support.

We are heading to Cambridge tonight, I am leaving work early to go to the visitation for my cousin. I really don't want to, but know I have to.

I am down another .4 pounds this week, I know I will get to the 25 off in a year, just gotta remember not to binge like I did last night.

Hello, can ya hear the echo in here. I am here to update myself and to take charge of what I can in my life. Sorry I haven't been around to lend a shoulder, cheer, congratulate or commiserate. So here is a little update on me...

I had WI last night and am up 3.4 pounds, it finally caught up to me. I haven't been as diligent with CORE as I should be and I let life get ahead of me. So now I am stepping up to the challenge and plan to make my goal for this coming summer to maintain and if I lose along the way it will be a big bonus to me. Don't get me wrong I am going to be actively trying to lose but with all the summer fun and still dealing with my stepdads cancer and his treatments which start this Monday, I know that I may yo-yo a little and I won't stress about it.

My Step-dad is in for a long haul,his radiation starts Monday, 25 days straight will taking a chemo pill daily. Once that is done then he start 1 day a week every other week of intravenous chemo for 5 or 6 months. Apparently the cancer is in all his lymphnodes so they are attacking it rather aggresively to stop it from spreading to other organs. I just pray he makes it through the treatment.

Well that is the jist of what is going on in my life with my weight, as for the rest of it, well last week I won a prize from the local radio station but will have to post about it in P&I later. We also bought the boys passes to Canada's Wonderland this year and we went a couple of weeks ago and they had a blast, definitely was the way to go this year, we usually do the zoo and then go on a bunch of day trips to the waterparks and the EX when it comes in August, won't have to do it this year. We also have our pool up and the boys are really excited about it, they have already been swimming. I will post pics later from home it you all wanna see em, don't have em here at work. Thomas will graduate on the 27th of June from SK, where did the time go and Matthew will be 9 on July 3rd. It seems like just yesterday that I joined PC. I love this place.

Not sure if anyone will read this tonight, but I am doing okay. Had a really busy weekend with family visiting and we did a ton of yard work, tree trimming and stuff. Our neighbours had to move (my sitter) and now the house is sitting empty so hubby and I trimmed a tree and did their lawn because it looked awful.

Oh, I had one huge Non-Scale Victory (NSV) today. I went shopping for bathing suits and I bought 1 full suit and 2 tops that match the bottoms of the first suit. Here is where the NSV is, the last time I bought bathsuits I had to buy size 28 but tonight I bought 22's. Yipee.

Sorry to go mia, I will try and get here more often. We all need each other and more so when we are faltering, let's go get em all you great losers.

Thanks Karen and Di, no worries, I have been very infrequent on my postings lately.

Things are going pretty good, have WI tonight and I am going to embrace whatever the numbers are and move on. I am not sure what the results will be, I am focusing on the larger picture these days and it is helping me tremendously. Just wanted to pop in and say hello.

Well, looks like I need to dust away the cob-webs in here. I can't believe the last time I posted was way back in June. Oh well that is what happens in my industry over the summer. Needless to say I have not given up and am still working my way through the WW program. We just got back from the cottage and had a great time there, will post pics, I am looking forward to getting back into the swing of things and taking full control again.

Hi Terri!!!! I haven't been here for a while but was so happy to see you are still at it. I'm so proud of you! And how great about the bathing suit sizes!

You are remotivating me to get my butt in gear! I've lost and gained over the year and am not happy with how I am right now. Keep up the great work! Even though the pictures are small I can really see a difference.

Thanks everyone, looks like my vacation wanted to hang onto me for a little bit. I was up last night at my WI but I am PMS'ing and thoroughly enjoyed my time at the cottage so I have no regrets. I will just work that little bit harder this week and know that it will all come off eventually. Didn't get to look at the other pictures last night, maybe once I get him to burn them to disc I will get a better chance to post more.

I am not giving up on me, I know I can do this. Have a great week everyone, I will be trying to pop in here more because I know it helps me.

Well hello one and all, I am back. Well I haven't really left, I was still reading the boards daily but life got in way and I didn't have a lot of time to post and was feeling rather blah and didn't want to bring everyone else in this great place down.

I am still attending my weekly WW meeting and will never go back to where I was, my clothes are still slowly getting too big, I managed to go through my closet and get rid of some of the clothing that I hadn't worn on a while and stuff that was too big so I have no reason to be able to get bigger again. I am still working my way down to a bunch of pants that I would love to be able to wear this winter and not have to buy new ones for work.

Okay I am rambling, if you want a more detailed update, pm or email me and I can answer any questions you may have. Off to do some work here, and will try and post more, as I mentioned in my previous posts I find I do way better when I check in here often.
