Thanks for the suggestion but believe me I couldn't slip it in anything because this girl doesn't drink anything by water. She is in much better humour right now, don't know why, well maybe because she has been IM'ing with someone she met on line. Okay, 45 minutes to go til I go home, the boss isn['t here tommorow and Pogo is offering a free 1 week trial of club pogo so I signed up by accident and will play there tommorow. Will try and get back here after supper, workout, and homework with the boys.

Good freezing morning everyone. It is so cold here. I didn't get back here last night because after my workout and cooling down I got so cold it took almost 2 hours to warm back up. Blame it on my thyroid. So anyway today is starting off better, PITA coworker is in a better mood today so it should be good. Had a great breakfast, lunch is packed and I have WI tonight and am praying for a maintain after last weeks loss. I did manage to get my 4th workout in this week, 1 up from last week and I am seeing muscles in my arms that I wasn't seeing before. Now I need the fat below my knees to start disappearing and I will be so happy when that happens. I mean it may sound strange but I can handle my being obese but when I look at my legs from the knee down I just wanna cry. So one of my small goals it to try and get rid of as much fat from my legs before the summer. I will be fine with it if they just shrink as I know it won't be totally gone til I am finished shedding all my weight, I just want them smaller than they are now. Okay enough rambling, gonna sign off and do some work here, will try and get back throughout the day.

Remember to drink your water. beer.gif

hug.gif Sorry about your PITA co-worker yesterday. Glad she's in a better mood today.

GL tonight. I know you'll show that metal who's in charge. thumb.gif I'll try to check in tonight before going to bed.

I know exactly what you mean Terri about being able to handle some things about your body appearance, but not others. I think all of us in some form or fashion understand that. It's funny you say that about your legs..I'm the same way. I can remember when I was extremely happy to see actual knees on my legs. It seemed like they were lost amongst the fat and when the weight started coming off them I realized "wow! I have bony knees". Seriously, I check them out in the mirror often just to make sure I can still see actual bony kneecaps. blush.gif blush.gif That seems to freak me out worse than the lard on my caboose. rolleyes.gif happy.gif

hug.gif hug.gif I hope you have a wonderful day. smile.gif

I hear you with the hating one body part over others. For me it's my hiney. I can handle the pooch and the flabby thighs, but I hate my bum. Keep it up, Terri, you'll look great in those capris this summer. thumb.gif hug.gif

I have said this before but will say it again, you all don't know how much your support means to me. THANK YOU, I seem to be in a much better place right now, I didn't take any of my vitamins this weekend, that could be why I was so down on Monday - don't know. Anyway, I am doing pretty good today, lunch was salad with tuna, some fruit, source and caramel/kettle mini rice cakes. Dinner is going to be a hodge podge of stuff. Thomas wants spaghetti, Matthew wants chicken fingers and well DH will take whatever I give/cook for him. I usually eat after my WI, depending on what I feel like, I have been known to have nachos with cheese and salsa. Okay gotta run, do a little bit of work and then off to pogo to play.

Thanks again everyone, wub.gif you all rock.

Good morning one and all. I was up 0.2 last night but am treating as a maintain blush.gif because I really deserved to go up more but my activity counter acted all the bad foods I ate. I never journalled all my foods after Friday night so it is my fault this week. So this coming week I will journal everyday -good or bad- eat CORE foods and stay with the program. I will do it this week, we don't have anything planned socially and today is the beginning of a fresh new month. Thank you for all your support my great friends here. wub.gif

ETA: I didn't eat the nachos, just wasn't in the mood, had Matthew's spaghetti instead and called it a night. wink.gif

Great job Terri. You didn't gain much and you have to remember that you added another day of activity so that means more of gaining muscle. Keep journaling and keep the positive attitude going! thumb.gif

Thanks ladies I am actually okay with my progress this week as I am seeing definition in my arms that wasn't there 2 weeks ago and I am fitting into smaller clothing. tongue.gif Had to have an oatmeal to go bar this morning because I had no get up and go. I really don't want to be here at work. Thomas is sick (woke up with 101 temp.) so I am hoping the sitter calls me after he comes home from school and says he is pretty sick so I get to leave and take him to the doctor. (I don't want him sick- but hey any excuse to not be here is good.) I think he has shared whatever it is, blech.

Aww, I'm sorry he's not feeling well. sad.gif I hope you don't get whatever it is too. I know I'm still battling this awful sore throat and Megan starting coughing and sneezing in her sleep again last night. wacko.gif The kid at daycare was sent home sick yesterday so I can only imagine what will come our way next. Gotta love this weather....NOT! happy.gif

I don't blame you for not wanting to be at work. If I wasn't looking forward to my lunch today I would not have wanted to get of bed. tongue.gif

Well I had to talk to the boss about another matter and I mentioned that Thomas was sick (boss has a 1 year old little boy) so he said no probs if you have to leave now is the best time to get sick. We are at our slowest time of the year right now so I won't be missed that much if I have to leave. I think it is too late for me not to catch it, one minute I am hot and sweaty, the next freezing cold - sounds like the chills to me. Oh well, will battle it out as long as I can, the other reason I know I am not well, I don't want to eat anything. Not like me at all. blush.gif

.2 is a maintain in my eyes too! And the fact that you notice loss probably means that you lost fat!! That's GREAT! WTG girl!

I'm sorry Thomas is sick...and I really hope you don't get it too badly. Take lots of good vitamins and drink lots of fluids!! Get some rest this weekend and maybe by Monday you all will be better!!! Take care of your family girl, that's what's most important!

Edited for spelling.

Good morning one and all. Thomas is still under the weather but there is no fever anymore, so I think he is just battling a really nasty cold. I am feeling a bit better than yester. The boys had swimming last night to it is our crazy night. We get home from work, change them into their suits, head out to the pool for 6:30pm then home after 7pm. We stopped to get them McD's then went home and had roasted potatoes and roast beef again. I worked out while the potatoes were cooking. I also had popcorn last night with a mix of all dressed and sour cream seasoning, yummy, while I watched Greys.

Today is a good day, had my oatmeal and coffee at breakfast, for lunch I whipped up a tommatoe soup/couscous/tofu/frozen veggie soup. I know it will be tasty. I also have packed some pineapple and kiwis. This weekend should be slower at home we only have piano and hockey tommorow.

Will try and be around more. Gonna go run an catch up on the boards - will be in and out today.

Remember to drink your water and be good to yourself.
