It actually feels great, I know I still have a long way to go but some of my clothes are now too big and I have bought some smaller sized stuff. We have an open house here at work in March so I am going to be working extra hard to get even smaller by then to either wear my new red suit I bought at Christmas or I may go out an buy another outfit if I lose a ton more.

I had lost over 20 before but that was before Christms when the boys were sick and I dropped like 8 pounds in 1 week. That will never happen again, so this loss is a true loss.

Thanks again Di. blush.gif

eta: I can't spell half the time and don't use the spell checker read was supposed to be red .

Terri,

If you could just hear (and yes, I feel like I can hear you) how happy you sound in your messages....it's great. I can't wait to see a pic of you in whatever new outfit you pick for your March open house. You will look awesome! You have so much confidence you got me feeling more confident. Congrats again on your loss this week. You showed that hunk-o-junk who was boss. Great job! thumb.gif

Thanks Marie, it has been a long time coming.

I just finished my lunch:

Salad with left over chicken,
2small kiwi, clementines, apple
ff/sf white chocolate pudding, and 2 source yogurts.

Sounds like a lot of food but I starting eating/snacking on it at 11:30am and now I am full. Supper will be late tonight, thus all the food for lunch. We will be having roast beef (the premade kind- cook 10min in the microwave) later after swimming around 7, so I will work out first and then eat my portion and probably have a bowl of popcorn with it, I now weird. I have to have my popcorn so I can get in my healthy oils for the day.

Gotta run thanks again, you guys rock.

Ummmmm popcorn. Tonight is Thursday, tv night, and I'll probably be spending it alone. Think that's what my evening snack will be. tongue.gif

Terri, I pop my popcorn the old fashioned way. tongue.gif I spray it with butter flavored Pam and use different seasonings. Where did you find the sour cream and onion? That's my favorite. yummy.gif

Okay, no fair, no way, no how, some co-workers of mine just got their lunch and I work in a relatively small office, and they are all eating, thick juicy burgers and french fries. Ohhhh, that grease smells great. I can only imagine how it tastes but I would be very afraid of eating something like that now, after not having it for as long as I have. Last time I did that- well let's just say puke.gif it didn't stay with me all that long.

I love the old way of popping, my mom used to have an electric skillet that we used to pop corn in all the time. Then came the advent of the hot air popper and now SMART-POP is my best friend from good old Orville Redenbaker. I found the Sour Cream and Onion at my grocery store, it is made by both Kernels and Club House seasoning. Let me know if you can't find it, I am sure I could probably mail you some. wink.gif

We have parmesan & Garlic, Nacho Cheese and White Cheddar at our grocery store. Our WalMart only has Nacho cheese. I've never seen sour cream and onion. I went to our gourmet popcorn place the other day and bought some sour cream and onion popcorn and it's so expensive. ohmy.gif There's no telling how many calories/fat/sodium is in their popcorn, either.

I wonder if I could find it online? I'll search those brands. If I can't find it I'll let you know. Thanks for offering to mail me some. wub.gif I'll paypal you some money if I need to. wink.gif

eta: just found a link Sour Cream and Onion Popcorn don't know if you can order direct but worth a look. wink.gif I just looked at the website closely and they refer all you americans to another site and I couldn't find the seasoning there. Long story short, I can send ya some.

I found it on kernelseasons.com. thumb.gif They will let me order. It's buy 4 get one free! happy.gif

I noticed clubhouse had a dill pickle. That's another favorite. I don't see where I can order from them and for US residents it directs me to McCormick.com. They don't have popcorn seasoning. tongue.gif

Ummmmm sounds good Terri, but everytime I eat McD's now, my stomach is in knots and I'm on the toilet (nuff said).

We have parmesan & Garlic

Ummmmmm Garlic, yummy, that's one of my favourite flavours. I'll have to look for that somewhere. What brand is it?

I seem to always get some stuck in a back tooth, cant get it out, it hurts, kinda thing. Also for some weird reason I am terribly hungry after I eat it.
