Thanks ladies, yesterday was pretty good Matthew(DS) and I didn't get to work out last night instead we will do it later today and on Monday. I did eat some snacks yesterday but had the points for them so they are journalled and am getting set to get a brunch together for us as we had hockey this morning at 8:30am so no breakie that early. Gotta run now and do some stuff around the house here. Have a great day will check in later as the day goes on.

Good morning, we had a good weekend. Did not get to my workouts but will do it tonight and tommorow night. Matthew hasn't even asked me to do it so no worries here. I have a good lunch packed and supper is chicken of some kind. Work is really slow and I have no motivation to even be here. Oh well gonna run and see if there is something I can do here to keep my mind active. Have a great day and remember to drink your water.

Di, never did get it in was just not feeling it, will do it tonight. I did chase Thomas around the arena so that's gotta count for something. rolling_smile.gif

ahhh dont feel bad I did not get one in eiither, did play around with Kait alot on saturday, did some laundry and we the grocery last night, oh and played some Wii sports, so I did move some but not as much as I could have. Hope you get yours in tongiht.

Thanks Di, I am okay with not doing it on the weekend, I did set a goal for 3 times this week and I will do it. Take care of your shoulder, I found some great stuff, called I think, Gold Ice, it works wonders. It is really smelly but it works. Goes on cool then heats up like Cold/Ice and A535 or Abosrbine Junior.

Good morning, I did my dvd last night and it felt great, Thomas and Matthew joined me for a little bit of it. They wanted my attention right in the middle of it and I told them they had to wait so they joined in with me.

Naomi - too funny, Thomas's seem to go and go and go. I can't get ours to slow down some days to even eat.

Today Matthew has skating with his school and decided last night that he wanted either DH or me to go, DH can't so I am going to head out at about 10 this morning, go to the arena see him and stay for some of it. If we were having struggles with him right now I wouldn't be going but he needs some re-affirmation right now.

Food is going good, had my breakfast and lunch is packed. Totally forgot my gum at home, I may have to hit the vending machine for some or try and tough it out and drink extra water. Okay this is getting long enough will go now an pop back in later.

Thanks for asking Terri. My throat still looks terrible but I'm feeling a lot better. Which is surprising since I didn't get any sleep last night. snooze.gif The whole gang kept me up. dry.gif

I got on the scale this morning just for who knows why, I was half way asleep, guess I thought it was Friday. cool.gif I got on and it says I'm down 3.2 pounds. huh.gif I guess since I've not been feeling well and not eating much but working out that's probably why. I really don't like a weight loss like that so I hope I balance out by Friday. At my stage of weight loss that is just too much. I'd LOVE to have it in normal circumstances, but this isn't so by Friday I hope I balance out. wacko.gif happy.gif

Thanks everyone, I just got finished my lunch after having run out an to see Matt at the arena. Karen I so can relate to the big losses when you are sick. One week just before the beginning of December I dropped 8 pounds only to have them come back slowly over the next few weeks. I hadn't eaten much for the 2 days before WI and that is what happened. Oh well, sometimes losses are better off in moderation and earned the good old fashioned way through hard work and perseverance. Keep up the great job you are doing and you will get the results you are looking for.

Good morning, I made it through another week and am ready to face the scales tonight. I made my mini goal of 3 days of activity, I am going to add 1 more day to my challenge next week. We are lucky to not have anything to do in the evenings on Monday and Tuesdays so I will add a work out on Tuesday nights this coming week. I have had my breakie and am at work dreading the next 8 hours as we are very slow right now so I spen most of my day "looking" busy. Something I have down to a science now. Okay, sipping away on my herbal tea, have lunch all planned and packed, come on 5 o'clock, I wanna go home.

Have a great day to one and all who may read this and remember to do something extra special for yourself, you deserve it. smile.gif hug.gif

Yep - I do the Walk Away the Pounds with Leslie Sansone and they are great. I have the 1, 2 and 3 mile along with the strethcy bands.

Okay I am back from my WI and I am down 2.8 this week, gotta love it when the hard work you put into something pays off. Now I have to work just as harder or harder next week. I am going to increase my frequencey of activity to 4 days this week, once I get up to 5 days then I may do the 3 mile tapes instead of the 2mile ones. I am now off to enjoy my snack and treat then off for some activity points to be erned later with my sweetie. blush.gif

Thanks Marie, we actually discussed regular activity at my meeting tonight and my leader even brought up that WW recognizes that "activity" if done for a certain length of time at a certain energy level to be worth 1 or 2 activity points. But DH is snoring on the couch here so I don't know if I will even get the chance tonight. Oh well his loss. blush.gif

Thanks Karen, knowing how busy you are it means a lot that you would even think of me let alone remember my WI was last night. I am very pleased to see the results of sticking to the program. I am sitting here now having my oatmeal and my coffee than I have to get the boys up for school and off to work we go. I really wish this week was over,never mind the week I want spring or even summer. The boys have a terrible time getting up when it is so dark out there every morning.

As to my extra activity last night, never got it, I just couldn't get warmed up in the bed, even when I was warm I was still shaking. I am feeling better now, I guess I got chilled to the bone, if it happens again I will get in the tub and warm up. Oh well, gotta get my butt in gear to get the boys up. I was up extra early today as I didn't prep the coffee so I had to get up at 6 to do it. I know I spoil DH, he never preps it. That is all for now will check back once I get to work and need to waste some time. smile.gif
