I knew you'd be back at work today so I wondered how you were doing. Don't you just LOVE going back after being off for a bit? wacko.gif Last week was a nightmare for me and I'm still feeling the effects of being gone. dry.gif

Keep up the good work and hope things slow down a bit for you. hug.gif

Okay, I never got back here yesterday, the boss was around way too much and people were constantly stopping by to ask about my time off. Had a good day food wise but never got any activity in, instead I chose to snuggle with Thomas during my workout time. blush.gif I have my lunch packed and had a great breakfast of oatmeal and my coffee. Not sure what is for supper yet, will have to come up with something before I go home. I am also going to be doing my 15 minute WATP dvd sometime tonight with extra stretching. Drinking all my water and feeling great.

Remember to pamper yourself today even if it is in a small way.

Good morning pees. Thanks for all the replys and kudos, you sure know how to lift my spirits. We had pizza last night for dinner as I really didn't feel like cooking after finding out they fired a salesperson yesterday at work. I was a little out of it for a while at home, couldn't really focus. Anyway, no excuses, I didn't workout either, sad.gif hate it when life throws you curves like that. Tonight is WI, I am hoping all the good I have already done this week will show up. I am back on track this morning, had oatmeal here at work because I rushed out of the house and have a great lunch packed. Tonight is normally my treat night but seeing as I had pizza last night I may just forgo it, wink.gif we will see. I love reading all about everyone's journey's here it helps me so much to stay motivated and focused. Okay I should go and try and get some work done here. I have to keep busy, the boss is away today so I might be able to get back to the boards more and post some. Have a great day and hug.gif yourself.

You are making a girl hungry for pizza. yummy.gif biggrin.gif Shrug yesterday off your shoulder and keep moving forward. Sounds like you already have and that's good. thumb.gif GL with the weigh-in tonight. You've been doing great and that is what counts. WW isn't about having no pleasures, and last nights pizza was a pleasure. Don't beat yourself up about it. If we stuck to some boring 'diet' of foods for the rest of our lives, what fun would life be? I can't imagine not enjoying some of the pleasurable foods out there the rest of my life. I might as well seal myself up in a box now and let life go, if I did that. tongue.gif cool.gif You are doing great on your journey Terri and you will continue to because you have a goal and your plan is to get to that goal. I see no failure in that. cheerleader.gif cheerleader.gif

Thank you ladies, your encouragement means the world to me. I will try and get back here later tonight after my WI. On a side note my dishwasher broke last night so I spent a bunch of time actually re-washing dishes and I will be the "dishwasher" til we either fix it or DH gives in and buys me a new one. I mean we bought it about 8 years ago and have already put about $500 or $600 so I would rather just go get me a nice new s/s tub, quiet machine. Yes I have already been searching the internet for one. Okay will run now, almost time to go home from work and start my second job. Tonight is pork chops and something else on the side - not sure yet, all depends on what kind of mood DH is in. Will see ya's later.

Okay, I am back from WI and I stayed the same this week. Gotta pick up my socks and really commit to this working out thing I half started last week. I really do need to do it 5 times a week. Looks like my DVD player will be getting lots of action of soon. Have a great night and I will check back in the morning.

Good morning, I am in a much better mood this morning. Just as I was heading out the door last night to my meeting DH and I had a little disagreement so I wasn't in the best of places when I went to my meeting and then seeing a maintain at the scales just wasn't what I was looking for. Anyway, I am very happy with my maintain and will move ahead this week and make that scale moved down. I think that with my increased workouts that may be playing a role in the scale not moving. I know it will move the more I move. Things with DH are okay but it really rattled me last night and I think that even if I would have lost I still wouldn't have been happy given the mood I was.

Today is good, I have had my oatmeal and banana and work is really quiet so I should be around here more as long as my boss leaves me alone. Made lunch of Tommatoe soup - added couscous and frozen veggies, have tuna with me and yogurt. Not sure what is for supper as the boys start swimming tonight at 6:30pm, DH will probably have left over pasta with meatballs, I may just whip up a nice salad.

Have a great day and thank you all for your kind words of support.

Good morning. smile.gif I put my foot down and told the boys I was working out and that was that. I put Thomas to bed and Matthew did his homework while I did 2miles with my Walk Away the Pounds DVD. It was going great til the phone rang 2 times and of course the first was a telemarketer and the second was my mom. DH never budged to answer it he was downstairs watching Greys and doesn't move unless the house is buring down. growl.gif Anyway, I got talked to my mom in the middle of my workout and finished it when we got off the phone. I was already 3/4 of the way through it so it wasn't that bad, I just hate stopping only to start again. Will do the 2 mile again tonight after grocery shopping. Because of how late it was - 9pm - when I finally got a chance to sit down, I only had popcorn and a yogurt for supper. I also had a treat of Tortillaz and at about 1/2 the bag before I realized what I was doing. I also got in some extra activity blush.gif but not enough to earn points for it. rolling_smile.gif

I had 2 eggs for breakie and a yogurt. Lunch is again soup/couscous/veggies, I have also packed fruit, yogurt and carrots & celery. Not sure how much of my lunch I will eat as the soup filled me up yesterday. Can't wait to go to the grocery store tonight and some more yummy CORE foods as my fridge is getting empty. Okay off to drink my water and try and get some work done. Will check back throughout the day as time permits me to.

Thanks again for all the encouragement and ideas you all keep giving me.

sounds like a good plan you have going, phewy on your DH for not answering the phone though. I need to look at the core list and see if this is something I can follow, points were good but did not work great for me.

Hey, I can sympathize with your DH, last night was the first new episode in a WHILE! I had a telemarketer call during it and I just pressed, Talk, End! Didn't even say hello!!

Great job exercising!!! What all is on the CORE menu? My MIL works for WW, I should get her to give me more info on it.

Well for the CORE lists Core Foods This is a link to a website that someone has set up with some great info and foods you eat while following CORE. Your MIL should be able to help but this was posted a while ago on the WW boards and just saved it. WW would not be happy with someone doing this copyrights and all but hey it is out there and I didn't put it out there so I can share it.

I know it was a new episode of Grey's I actually watched it 9pm he was just being him. sad.gif

Thanks again for the encouragement. smile.gif

Okay, another weekend lost to my old habits. I didn't journal, had some not so nutritional food (tasted great thou) and didn't drink all my water. I did get some activity in but not all that I should have. I think I am going to start slower and aim for 3 days of activity and if I get more than 3 it will be a bonus, 5 days right is to a little too much for me at my size. Slow and steady will win the race. Okay, when I started this journal I had tons of time but now things have changed here at the office and I gotta do some work. Will try and get back here late tonight from home. Have a great day, you are worth this and remember to do something good for you. smile.gif

hug.gif hug.gif Glad you are starting the week off fresh, don't look back at the weekend. We all have them, but what is important is to move forward. BTW, I'm not working out 5 days a week, either. I got to 'beefy' working out so much before. I'm going to try to watch what I eat more (very hard, lol) and workout 3 days a week and then wait til I lose some more then work out more.

Enough about me. happy.gif Keep up the journaling and work, Terri. You WILL get there. hug.gif cheerleader.gif

Thanks Karen. hug.gif

Well last night wasn't the best -didn't plan right and thus my eating suffered. Today is a better day, have eaten my breakfast, been up since 6AM and am raring to go. Gotta get myself ready for work and get lunches packed. Will get back here after I am at work and see what is in store for me today. Have a great day.
