Thanks Karen, I am just waiting for AF to show up, she is due here anytime today and I am going in for a physical this afternoon so he (my doctor) may not be able to do "that" part of the exam this time, oh well poor me...not.

Good luck with the WI, I was totally expecting a gain and a big one, ww never ceases to amaze me.

blush.gif Hi, I have been awol for another week, ohmy.gif the dark side was calling my name and with Thomas ill, I really have had no time or motivation to get here. I had WI last night and was up all I lost last week but I know why. Tuesday night I had my popcorn and totally over did it on the seasonings so it is all water retention. It will be gone next week plus some. biggrin.gif I know I can do it and am seeing brighter skies on my horizon. cool.gif The weekends have also been a challenge for me because I tend to stop journalling what I am eating, but not this weekend. I am going to really focus on it and make it a priority. I am also pulling out my Yoga DVD and will attempt it again along with my gazelle. I am back in control and will shed these pounds. laugh.gif

I did great at the doctors last week for my physical, he was able to do the complete exam and the only issue he really wanted to discuss was......my weight. I told him I am back at weight watchers and that is really all he wanted to hear. Everything else about me is great, the only health issue is my weight and as long as I am working on it he is very happy.

Thanks for checking up on me Karen, we discussed all the social activities we have coming up at my meeting last night and our leader suggested that we aim to MAINTAIN over the next 40 days, yes that is all that is left beore Christmas. I am actually going to try and lose some weight and won't beat myself up if I happen to maitain as long as I am the same weight in January as I am now or less I will be very happy. Take care, I know it is challenging and can get you down but this is a life long journey with really no end. I am taking it one day at a time knowing that I will be all the better for all the changes I am making.

Sorry this turned into a novel blahblah.gif , cyber brownies and chocolate martini's(oops not yet noon- oh well) enjoy. rolling_smile.gif

Well it looks like this will be a weekly thing, I make all sorts of promises and end up not getting here. Oh well, had WI last night and was very relieved to see that I had cool.gif laugh.gif :rollsmile:MAINTAINED, greenapple.gif banana.gifredbounce.gif redbounce.gif yipee, laugh.gif yahoo,redbounce.gif redbounce.gif elephant.gif banana.gif now I will try and do that agin this week as we have Thomas's 5th birthday party on Saturday so that is a challenge in itself. Pizza, Wings, Shrimp, salads, nachos and ice cream cake and cup cakes. Each year we let the boys pick their menu and this is what Thomas chose (well most of it). I am hanging in here and work is really stressfull but I keep telling myself it is almost over. Okay gotta run and get ready for work, have already had a great breakfast of oatmeal with blueberries and bananas and my coffee, lunch is packed and will have a great supper. See you all later, have a nice day and week if I don't get back here.

Okay, well another week has flown by. I have WI tonight but am lucky that I don't have to pay. We had the party on Saturday and my sis showed up with kids with tummy bugs and they shared with us so we have been quite ill since then. Today is the first day I acutally felt like eating. Thankfully I wasn't puke.gif like the boys but I felt like it. Not much else to report gotta run and get some work done here will try and get back here as much as I can/feel like it. I seem to have lost my spark these days.

Okay so I am bouncing off the walls here. After staying the same last week and a little gain the week before I am down 8 pounds, yep you read it 8 whole pounds this week. cloud9.gif I guess these lifestyle changes I am making are working, now I just gotta get my mom to believe me that I am really trying to make it work this time. Thanks for believing in me.

Good afternoon, I am a little leary of last nights WI but I am going to take it for what it is worth and work on not gaining any of it back next week. I am going to follow my program and see where it takes me. Will also try and get some activity in this week, may be kinda hard as I have to work Saturday so that means another day sitting on my butt for 8 hours. Oh well, gonna run, just waiting for my soup to warm up - it is my lunch. Have a great day to anyone who reads this.

Just so you know there are excersies that I do while at work. Do a search for office workouts and you will get all kinds of ideas to do. Just wanted to let you know.

Good morning, well WI was what I expected, luckily AF is knocking on my and after last weeks huge loss, I am up but by only 3 so the way I look at it I was down 2.5 last week and 2.5 this week. and I am going to either maintain or lose this week. I am not stressing about this gain because I know why. I am also changing my ticker to read steps instead of pounds, for 2 reasons, 1) I was having trouble with the website I use and 2) I kinda like a different look every know and then and it may just be the change I need.
