I know, I thought long and hard about going however being in the party rental industry November here is like a chocolate factory at Easter. I think she just had an amazing deal thru expedia.ca and couldn't pass it up. I LOVE to gamble at the slot machines.

Good morning. So WI was last night and we got all kinds of good news from the leader. Our Southern Ontario WW was bought out by WW INTERNATIONAL, so that means we will be getting more foods up here and other WW products. As for the news from the scale - well I have to be accountable here. Scales said I was up .2 of a pound. I know that my body is changing, my clothes are getting looser and I can atribute this to the extra activity I have started to do. So I am coming clean this morning and admitting the small gain and committing to losing it next week and more. I will not let it get me down, instead I am going to work harder and get in more activity. I have a new pilates ball, bands and dvd arriving today so I will be adding that to my gazelle workouts. This is the brand to start to a brand new week. Here is to losing this week and gaining muscle.

Okay wth all that said, I am still feeling pretty darn chipper today. I have a great lunch packed with yummy soup (CORE), fruit, muffins and some carrots. Supper is up in the air, not sure what we are having because Matthew has swimming tonight so we will be in and out of the house fast. I guess I should start using my crockpot/slower cooker more. DH doesn't like me using it at home all day, maybe I can leave it at the sitters. Will ask her tonight.

Gonna run now and drink my water and have an excellent day. smile.gif

Awesome on more WW stuff coming your way. I told DH last night that I'm going to have to breakdown and buy their meals for dinner. I hate doing that because I'll be eating something the girls aren't and it will probably confuse Kylie but DH said he'd help me with her so I can do this. It's so hard to count the points when you make all the food yourself, ya know? I'm only doing this until I start seeing a dramatic loss in weight, once I get down quite a few pounds I'll go back to eating what everyone else is eating. I was actually nervous to tell DH that I wanted to do this because we are organic and WW meals are not organic. He was fine with ith though, he knew I am doing what I have to do.

Ok, sorry about going on there about me. happy.gif

Sorry your DH was being a bum again last night. Mine was actually great when he got home from movie night, but I was having some awful pains and had to turn him down. sleep.gif

Thanks Karen, just becareful with the WW premade meals they are loaded with sodium. Also, have you ever thought of switching programs and trying the CORE one. I have all the lists either here or at home if you want I can send you link to them. I think that CORE would be better suited to the organic way you have chosen. Just food for thought.

Good morning, I am here and I am feeling great. Had a busy night last night. Matthew had his first swimming lesson, we get home to Kirsten's phone message, Thomas is SO tired he is awful and my shows are on and I haven't had dinner. Needless to say, I got Matthew started on his homework, Thomas to bed and sat down to chat with Kirsten to make a plan for Saturday. We had a great chat once the receptionist at the hotel figured out who I wanted to talk to. I finally got some supper in me after I put Matthew to bed and was able to relax.

Dh slept in this morning, so we all did as he is the one to wake us up. Oh well, today is a great day it is Friday. I didn't get my activity in last night, I chose to talk to Kirsten instead. I will get it done this weekend and will do extra to make up for the lost day. I normally will gazelle Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday, now I will either have to double up my days to make up for yesterday or do a workout on Monday. I am leaning toward the doubling up.

Gotta run now and get some work done, I will definitely be back here throughout the day. Remember to drink up your water and hug hug.gif yourself hug.gif - you are worth it.

Okay, I started out great last Wednesday, journalled well up til Friday, then blam I lost it. I am slowing recovering from a weekend of no extra activity or journalling. I will restart my written journal on Thursday morning when I start my new week. For now I am just taking it one day at a time. Eating what I am supposed to be eating but I have lost that excitement. It will come back, I just gotta get it together. Sitting here at work drinking my green tea. Will check back in later, sorry if this didn't make much sense, I am not making much sense these days.

Thank you Karen, you are a ray of sunshine in my darkest days. Things here are better today, but yesterday I could have eaten my computer if I thought it would have tasted good. Chalk it all up to PMS. I am in much better control today, drinking all my water and have a good stock of gum to keep me going. WI tonight, well I am not hoping for much and am expecting a gain for how big I feel right now. I am not going to let it get me down. I have Friday off and am going to start fresh with my activity and even try my new pilates ball and dvd. Thanks again for all your support. hug.gif

Thanks Karen, I am really "behind" my journey today. I am feeling refreshed and pumped to make this work.

As mentioned last night in my journal - I had WI last night and am very happy to report that I maintained. After the week that I just went thru, PMS'ing major and stress beyond normal. So I didn't get any extra activity in other than a walk with my family on Sunday thru the Birkdale Ravine. Gotta do that more often it was really nice, except for the stress factor of my mother being there. Oh well.

This weekend will be filled with challenges and stresses, 2 dinners, 1 at my mom's and the other at the in-laws, the food I can handle it is all the politics that come with it that I could do without. So I am taking charge of my journey today with fresh start of a new week for me. I will keep all my extra 35 for my special meals this weekend, shouldn't be to hard as almost the whole turkey meal will be core, yeah for me. Okay gonna run and get thru my work here and come back later play.

Good morning,

Had a good workout last night, did the gazelle for 30 minutes and got 2 miles in. Food choices were good and only used 1 flex points the rest of the day was CORE. Today will be a challenge as I am home with the boys and I am around the food all day. I also have to bake a cake for my nephew's birthday, it will be a skateboard when all is said and done. We are celebrating his birthday tommorow at my mom's place, it was actually on Wednesday. Okay gotta run, Thomas wants to go down stairs and play. I will get all my water in and will be around throughout the day. No work for me- ya!!!!! banana.gif banana.gif banana.gif

Okay, so I disappeared again for the entire weekend and then some. I handled the food okay at the 2 dinners we were at. I was lucky that my BIL messed up again this year. Cooked 2 stuffed turkey breasts together in the oven and didn't think to a) Use a thermometer to watch them and cool.gif Increase the cooking time because he had more the 1 in. So we had ham at their place instead. He messed up last year too. I didn't handle the stress all that well though and didn't eat that much at either place and ended up slipping into a funk. I have WI tonight and will again pray for a maintain, I really didn't feel like exercising at all this week, I did get one workout in and walked on Saturday at my mom's place but that was it. I have looked at the DVD for my ball work out and will begin that this week because I can do it in my bedroom and don't have to wear shoes. I hate working out in shoes ( don't ask) . I have been making better food choices but am still eating some junk. Oh well, today is a fresh day and I am making a concious effort to just do it. Gotta run and drink my water, will check back in throughout the day.
