umm I am a little behind this moring on water, I have has 8oz so far. chug a lug for me.

Great job Terri for staying motivated. thumb.gif Sorry about the weight gain. The great thing is you aren't going to let it get you down and that will only equal success. hug.gif

Ok, I need to go get my water. unsure.gif cool.gif tongue.gif

Thank you both, I know I am going to do this even if it takes me forever. I will not be this size next summer, I need to buy new bathing suits because a couple of mine are breaking down and I am going to buy SMALLER sizes. I also really do not want to be this size anymore. I don't enjoy the cottage as much because I can't ride the seadoo, am afraid to get in the little run-around boat we rented, can't get in the paddleboat without launching the other side of it to the moon. I really need to get healthier too, so with all that in mind I will be a healthier, smaller me. Thanks again for all your help and support.

Good morning, I had a great on program day. Last night we had easy chicken and I added couscous instead of the potatoes the others had and added a bunch of frozen veggies. Didn't get on the gazelle but we went for a 30 minute walk. Today is another great day, already started on my water, yesterday I got in at least 2.5 litres and am aiming for that today or more. Work is a little better today, can't wait for 5pm thou to go home and relax. DH is home from their trip, they had a blast. They took Matthew to a gold mine and he thought that was really cool, his uncle even bought him a small vial of gold flakes as a souvineer(sp??). DH and Matthew are spending their day together I think, not sure what his plans are. Gotta run and get some work done, will check in throughout the day.

Terri smile.gif

PS I am adding a current pic of me from the cottage, one of the better ones, I really don't like having my pic taken but DH insisted. blush.gif

Good afternoon and it really is even thou I am at work. I am having my lunch right now and even managed to get all my required water in 6 glasses, no I am working on my extra water. DH is at home with the boys, they have just went out for a ride. I can't wait to get home and go for a swim, never got there this morning, I had to go get groceries last night instead because we went bowling for 2 hours, 10 pin, I loved it, beat DH too so that was a bonus. But I am paying for it now, owie. I also earned some extra activity points wink.gif wink.gif as DH was away for most of this week and we had some catching up to do. blush.gif

Okay gonna run now, just wanted to mention I did well last night as I picked up pizza and italian sandwiches for the family for dinner and I only had 1 piece of the pepperoni pizza, normally I would have eaten 1 and a half sandwiches and a couple pieces of pizza. Not last night.

Will check in later.

Good morning, sorry to go MIA yesterday. After working Saturday I really didn't feel like getting on the computer yesterday and we were quite busy. We went out in the morning, after DH took Matthew for a 1 hour bike ride, to get Matthew new shoes for school, he has jumped 2 sizes since May and his old shoes have holes in the toes. Thomas and I also got new shoes. Then we went bowling again, 5 pin this time and the boys had a much better time. But I think next time we won't use the bumpers and I think just DH and Matthew will go because Thomas just gets bored real easy and wants to only play video games. I did good on the food front, had an omlette for brunch along with a fruit bowl. Then after bowling we had a treat of ribs, boy were they yummy, I also had an ice cream sandwich, gotta love those extra flex points when you are on CORE. Got all my water in too. Gotta run and get some work down, the rest of the crew will be in soon.

Hello and yes we had a great weekend until I got to work yesterday.

It is nuts here. The receptionist is off this week so I get to do her duties as well as mine. Now that would be okay but we just did the big Roger's Cup tennis this past week and didn't bother to input the orders for the entire week into our system so yours truly has that job to do. Then once they are in I have to ship, return and invoice them all. Yipee. mad.gif growl.gif Oh well it will keep me busy and the week will fly, that is why I wasn't around much yesterday. AF hasn't shown up yet but she was early last month so I am hoping she is making up for it and will show up any day now. WI is tonight, really curious to see how I did, praying for the hunk-o-junk of metal scales to be nice to me this week after last weeks fiasco. Gotta run, all this work to do.

Drinking my water/nestea with splenda right now. beer.gif

Thanks Karen, I work for a party/event rental company and I started off being an order entry person and now am the Inventory Co-ordinator plus all my other duties and pick-up the receptionist stuff too. I am kinda like a jack of all trades around here. Oh ya, I am the companies main IT person too, secretary for the owner and basically do most anything they ask of me. I really am enjoying my new postition as they finally after 7 years put me on salary which means I don't have the stress taking time off. We were a small family run company which has since bloomed and was taken over/bought out, about 2 years ago now by a great new boss. Here is a link to our company website, it may give you more of an idea of what we do.

My work.

Thanks for the offer of AF, I don't think I am PG and am just waiting for her.

Good evening, I usually don't post at night but I do have a couple of minutes right now. I just got back from my WW meeting and I lost everything I put on, on my holidays plus an additional .6 of a pound. So I am super pumped right now and am going to lose all of these pounds forever. rolling_smile.gif My leader even asked if I would take home the "Traveling Journal" where we write down what we eat and if you are on points you track them here. I said but I am on CORE, her reply was yes I know that is why I asked you to take it so others can see that CORE doesn't equal no living or good foods. So I have that this week. Gotta remember to fill it out.

Will check back in the morning.

Good night.

Congratulations Terri!!!!!!! I'm so excited for you!!!!!! thumb.gif

I would LOVE to go with Core. I am a severely picky eater, though so there just doesn't seem to be much *I* would eat. I'd love to see what you eat in a weeks time too on Core just to see if I'm missing something. blush.gif Course you eat that healthy veggie/fruit stuff that my gag reflex doesn't like. rolleyes.gif

Again, congratulations!!!

Good morning. Yes I did some zzz's Friday night but yesterday we spent the day in Niagara Falls at Marineland. Walking all day in the rain sure earned me a ton of activity points so eating out at Boston Pizza was still workable into my program. Yay me. Anyway we had a grea time, the boys really loved the shows and I finally got to see the buluga whales, wow they are so neat. Can't wait to go back. Well not much else to add, we are staying home today recouping from yesterdays trip. Most times we go to the Falls we end up staying the night, but not this time DH was ready to go home so we did.

I have had my breakfast: omlette with back bacon, ff cheese, olives and black bean and corn salsa and a small bowl of pinapple.

Just getting ready to take Thomas outside for a swim before the rain starts here. Will try and check back in later once I get my hands on the rest of the pictures from yesterday I will post more.

Okay, where did the last few days go. Thomas got his swim in and we just basically relaxed the rest of the day. We did go out to Staples and EB Games and scored big time. At Staples they had wireless routers and cards on sale huge, so we got one for my laptop and paid for both what we would pay for either the card or router. Just gotta get hubby to set it all up CORRECTLY so I can use it throughout the house securely. We also got some other stuff for the kiddies. At EB games got 2 new games and Zathura the movie. I also got 20 free downloadable song picks because the 2 of the things we bought were used ones.

Life is getting busy again. My cottage rental guy called last night and we are all set for next summer, yipee, one less thing to worry about and they offered us a weekend stay (worth $450) because we had to leave early. Just gotta work on a weekend to go. Work is ridiculous to say the least, but I am eating healthy just gotta work on getting the activity level up. Gonna run, will check back later (hopefully) when I get a minutte. Oh ya, my boss told me to take a few days off for doing that Saturday and for doing that rush job on that project. Gotta plan those soon.

Terri smile.gif

PS Forgot to add that it is WEDNESDAY, WI is tonight, wonder what the scales will tell me this week? hmmmm unsure.gif

Wow, sounds like you are busy as I am. You, on the otherhand, are sticking with the "program" whereas I am not. blush.gif Great job Terri. thumb.gif

Thanks Karen, believe I still have the odd treat here and there but I am keeping it within my WPA so that the scales will behave. If I don't track/journal it I really get out of control. You will do it, good luck with Kylie's room, sounds like it will be beautiful.

Good morning to all who venture here today.

I had WI last night and am down another .2 of a pound to bring me up to 15 pounds down. I am ready to work on the next 5. Feeling pretty good today, after looking back at my journal (handwritten one) from this past week, I know that I shouldn't eat pasta in the 3 days leading up to WI or drink as much water as I did yesterday. Oh well, live and learn. I am also getting my butt back on my gazelle, am aiming for 4 days this week of a half hour or more each. I am taking it slow and steady because I know I will not be able to keep up working out everyday for the rest of my life. But I know I can handle at least 4 days a week.

Had a good breakfast and am not wanting to be here at work, oh well gonna run and get some work done. Will pop in and out throughout the day.

Terri

PS to all my losing friends remember to drink your water and be good to you today. smile.gif hug.gif

Congratulations Terri!!!!! thumb.gif

I had a weight loss too, but I don't want to count it because I went sky high on the scale last week. So technically I'm not down to where I should be anyways. dry.gif rolleyes.gif

Great plan on the workout. I'm thinking, I too, need to have a better plan. I was working out 5 days a week and with so much going on in my life right now between work and home (not normal stuff going on) I had a meltdown. Maybe I should shoot for less days and then I could possibly keep up with them. rolleyes.gif happy.gif

Good morning. Last night was pretty un-eventful. Big Brother was one and I didn't even get on my gazelle or do anything but relax. Oh well, maybe my day at the CNE tommorow will be my exercise for the week, just kidding, I will get on the gazelle if it is the last thing I do. I had a nice snack of the dreaded Torillaz, Salsa & Sour Cream, oh they rock, 8 points/bag and yes I ate the whole bag. Oh well, on to today.

Was rushed leaving this morning so grabbed an Oatmeal-to-Go bar, ate only 1/2 couldn't stomach anymore, gonna have to make my own baked oatmeal bars this weekend so I don't have to eat those yucky ones and use up points. Lunch is my normal salad, tuna, yogurt, tommatoes & watermelon. Also drinking lots of water, I am using the Nestea Singles but I put them in my 1.5 litre bottle of water because they are too sweet otherwise and it helps get my water in. I really don't wanna be here.

Matthew is off to Midland today with grandma to see Ste. Marie Amoung the Hurons and all the other attractions up there. Wish I was with him, Thomas didn't want to go, he would also find it very boring. Here is a link of where he will be:

Ste. Marie

We went as kids and loved it so who knows. Okay gotta run will check back in later. Oh, I forgot to mention that we have a jammed packed weekend, so I amy not get on much:

Saturday: The CNE -huge fair, rides and all that stuff during the dayt then out for dinner for our 12 year anniversary, BIL is babysitting and DH is making all the arrangements

Sunday: Matthew has a birthday party next door and we are taking Thomas to Woody Wood Chuck's ( like Chuck 'E Cheese)

So if you don't see me that is where I will be if I am not here, I will try - but no promises made.

Have a great day.

Good morning, boy I have never been this happy before to see Monday morning. We were very busy over the weekend. Dinner/date with DH was great, the restaurant was very noisy, not the quite romantic kind candledinner.gif (didn't know this when we booked it, the website doesn't do it justice) but the food was great. The day at the exhibition was awesome except for the bruises I know have from one of the rides, baseball size on the inside of my knees from holding on real tight to the log ride. The boys had a blast, will post pics from home when I get a minute to breath now that dh has my wireless all set up and working with my laptop. banana2.gif banana2.gif

Needless to say my eating went out the window Saturday night, we started with an asiago/spinch dip, 2 black russians, ceasar salad (only ate half), 10oz chicago cut steak with sauteed mushrooms and loaded baked potatoes. We also managed to drink a great bottle of red wine with dinner. THen we had our extra anniversary activity smileykiss2.gif . Sunday was more or less on program but after walking for 6 hours at the EX on Saturday I wasn't tracking anything. Today is back with the plan, baked some yummy.gif oatmea squares/muffins and added light hot chocolate mixes and extra cocoa with bananas, yummy. yummy.gif Okay gotta run and see if I can do some work here.

Remember to drink all your water.

Sounds like a fabulous weekend and happy belated anniversary, btw. Sorry I didn't post here soon. I'm in the weirdest funk I could possibly be in. I know it's because I'm so mentally drained here at work with this huge conference coming up that I just don't feel like taking care of myself right now. blush.gif It will be over soon, thank goodness.

Sorry about those bruises too. OUCH! hug.gif
