Okay, where do I start. Left work early Friday got, some shopping in at Walmart. Picked up a new shirt and stuff for the kiddies. Then I never really looked at the computer til this morning when I got to work. It was really hot this weekend, spent a bunch of my time in the pool and Saturday did a ton of yard work and really shouldn't have in that heat. Oh well live and learn. Yesterday my mom came up for a visit, she gave the boys the pool and hadn't seen it yet so she wanted to come over. It was really kinda nice. I really didn't want to swim, AF showed up 2 days early, (oh well better eary than late especially with my vacation starting this coming Friday). So I really didn't want to swim, but I did. We didn't do much else other than try and stay cool all weekend. Food was there, I stopped jorunalling on Friday night and I really should have continued with it oh well on to next week. I bought myself some great cereal, Fibre 1. Yummy and doesn't go soggy like All Bran does and it is CORE. When I was in Wally's I also found my Lipton's Ginger Twist tea and a salad dressing I haven't seen in my grocery store for months. So I am a happy camper right now.

Gotta run, my water and boss are calling. Will check back in later.

Terri - cheers

Thanks Karen, no gazelle last night but dragged the boys to and from the soccer field again. 110 pounds in the wagon, across the grass so, it is a good haul - was way to hot and tired to get on the gazelle. I will get on it tonight later after work. Water is no problem these days, don't feel all the up or on program but I believe I am, did have a few splurges yesterday but I have chocked it up to life just happening. I will move forward today and make it a great one. Gotta run.

Thanks ladies, was starting feel like I was slowly slipping into a funk but I am pulling myself up and out of it. I start my vacation Friday at 5pm but I think I have already left work (in my head that is) I just can't stay focused. It is really slow right now and these are the days I would usually go to the vending machines but I am not going to, instead I am drinking my water and chewing my gum.

Good morning, WI Wednesday and I have no idea how the scale will move, I am praying it either goes down or stays the same. Not much else to add, I did fall short this week with the activity but will make up for it next week. I could also just do a workout after my WI and it will even out and get in all my activity, ya that is what I will do. Okay gonna run and drink my water now. Will check in later, have a great day peeps. rolling_smile.gif

edited to add: Thanks everyone for all your support, it means the world to me to see all the replies you all give me. Thanks again.

Yes, my BIL is single and he actually foots most of the bill and we just go along, cook, clean that sort of thing and get a vacation out of it. The boys also love it and he enjoys being with them so it all works out. This is a new one for us this year, I screwed up the rental week last year and the lady at the other cottage never caught it and rented out the week usually take plus she upped her price by about 350 dollars so we thought it was best to look elsewhere. This is way more cottage then we are used to but I think we can adjust. We are also renting the motorboat from them and BIL rents a seadoo for 3 days while we are there.

Good morning, things here are going good, had breakie and it was tasty, Fiber 1 cereal rocks the only thing is I think my system is still adjusting. Last nights WI was a pleasant surprise. I managed to maintain this week, I truely was not sure where the scale was going because I although I did get in my exercise, looking back I did manage to eat so not so CORE foods. I will be picking myself and moving forward and committing to activity in some form everyday. Also I really need to journal even on CORE to keep me honest and track my 35 WPA. Today my company is having a BBQ but I brought my lunch anyway, will have look and see what they have but I will probably just eat what I brought. Better safe then sorry.

Sitting here drinking my Ginger Twist Herbal tea watching the clock til I can go home. Have a grea day. Will check out the boards throughout the day.

Thanks Karen, I really am not sure what they are serving, and if it is just burgers you can be garaunteed they are not extra lean beef so I will probably forgo it.

No worries about today already starting on the wrong foot, pick yourself up and move on. You can do it. smile.gif

Pulling for some marinated teriyaki chicken breast for ya, Terri.

I'm sure your journal is very helpful to you, but I'm not sure you know how motivating it is to the rest of us couch potatoes!

Thanks Ed, I wasn't sure who all reads this thread, other then the obivious ones who reply and I support. As for the chicken breasts, if you knew the company I work for that is considered gourmet. rolling_smile.gif Anyway, I am happy with my salad - olives, tuna, cuccumber and ff honey dijon dressing. yummy
