Well the rest of yesterday was pretty uneventful. I finished all my water before going home. Made dinner for DH fish and mashed potatoes. Worked out for 1.5 miles on the gazelle. AF is in the house so no other activity there. Then I had a really healthy dinner, of whole wheat pasta, diced tomaotes, garlic, pepper and olives, then mixed up some tuna for a protein. Had some smart pop and diet, caffine free coke.

Today is another good day. Started off well, slept in, didn't want to get out of bed.

Breakfast: shredded wheat with 1cup skim milk, splenda, coffee with 1/2cp milk and splenda

Lunch: couscous with diced tomatoes, 1 cheese stringer 1pt, frozen berries/with yogurt and splenda,

Snacks: banana, chickpeas and popcorn if I want.

I am on my way to fill up my water jug, check back in later. wavey.gif

Okay another day under my belt op now on to day 4. Had a good work out last night, really moved my butt for the 1.5 miles I did on the gazelle and it felt great. Then I went and had nachos with light chedder, olives and salsa, yummy.gif but my body feels it today. This is the first weekend op in a long time so we are going to see how it goes. We are also going out of town to visit family for a roast beef dinner so I should be fine, they usually do baked potatoes with it so it is all good.

Today:

Breakfast:shredded wheat with frozen berries, milk and splenda, coffee with skim milk and splenda

Lunch: couscous, diced tommatoes, mozza stringer and frozen veggies, berries and yogurt,

Snack: if I am still hungry I have popcorn I can pop and still have some chickpeas here.

Chugging the water drinkjuice.gif and feeling fine smile.gif loving the sunshine. sun.gif

redbounce.gif redbounce.gif Okay here is a rartiy, I am posting on a weekend. This is all a part of my new mind set. Today we are heading out of town to visit family and help my moms boyfriend with his yard work so I will get in activity there but I also just finished 2 - yes 2 miles on the gazelle and I feel so great right now cool.gif . I started the day off with a good breakfast and am looking forward to tonights roast beef dinner. So if you all have at least half as good a day as I am having it will be terrific. banana.gif sun.gif sun.gif banana.gif

Today:

Lunch: not sure maybe some tuna in a lettuce leaf and some fruit

Okay yesterday didn't go exactly as planned, didn't get in the yard work but had a great visit with my family and they are coming to our house for Easter Dinner on Saturday and will spend Easter morning at our place. We did this last ar and my sister and I had to go out and she bought her kids all kinds of Easter stuff from Shopper's Drugmart on the Saturday night then they slept over and we all had Easter morning together. We didn't plan it last year so we weren't prepare but this year we are going to be prepared and she is going to bring all her Easter morning stuff with them and hide it from the kids. We usually end up having a good ole time and quite a few drinks. We will be probably be having chocolate martini's and daiquri's this year. I will definitely save my points for that night.

Today was good, other than I had to drive back to Cambridge this morning to get my wallet, then when I got home the boys were outside so we did yardwork for another 3 hours. I also got on my gazellle for 1.5 miles and it felt good. So 5 days straight on the gazelle, boy do I feel good.

Gonna run and start dinner soon, gonna make stew and it is all CORE yummy. I missed breakfast and lunch was burgers and salad. I know I should of had breakie but I had to get on the road fast so I could get home and do what we had planned. Dh is out right now at the price club buying us new bed sheets, I love new sheets, we get to break them in tonight. That is all - have a great night.

Okay so I am late getting here, the day outside is awful but not as bad as down in the states. So needless to say I am feeling quit blah. unsure.gif

Breakfast: oatmeal with frozen berries, coffee with milk and splenda

Lunch was left over yummy stew, yogurt and berries, banana's grapes and some red pepper.

Supper is pork chops and I think couscous with veggies or roasted potatoes

Snacks maybe popcorn if I am hungry after my workout.

I really like doing the gazelle and if I have the right music on I really fly and the 1.5-2miles is gone before I know it and I am finding that I am having a hard time falling asleep at night because I am so energized.

That is all for now I will check in later from home after I workout. smile.gif

Thanks Karen, it finally feels like it is all coming together. Now if only I could fall asleep before midnight all would be right with the world. Today marks the begining of a new week on program for me.

Today:
Breakfast: oatmeal, frozen berries, coffee with milk & splenda
Lunch: Couscous with cheese stringer (1pt) frozen veggies, yogurt & berries, bananas and some smart pop because I was hungry

Supper is Fish and something with it.

Last night I ended up having pasta (not whole wheat) with a pork chop, bread and peanutbutter,(don't ask)

I did get another 1.5 in so I feel awesome even after that minor blip.

wavey.gif Day 2 of my 2nd week on program and I couldn't feel better. I also have worked out straight for 8 days now, mind you it is only 20 minutes at most at a time but doing like 1.5 to 2 miles each time. But I learned the hard way last time that if I push myself too hard I get hurt and I can't strat working out like I was in the shape I was when I weighed 150 pounds lighter. So that being said I feel great, woohoo.gif did I mention I feel awesome. rolling_smile.gif Sorry I haven't been in such a good place in along time. Last night we had fish but it wasn't enough so I ended up having some nachos, with light cheese, olives and salsa. I have no regrets I earned enough points to have it. tongue.gif So today I am doing great.

Breakfast: oatmeal with frozen berries and milk, coffee with milk/splenda
Lunch: couscous with diced tomatoes, veggies and 1 cheese stringer 1 pt
Snacks (if I wan em'): bananas, popcorn

Supper: ribs (premade) roasted potatoes & veggies

Okay, day 3 of week 2 and I feel great. Got in another workout last night, I am not sure if I should be doing them everynight but I think once I build up my distance I might start doing the gazelle every other night and something else on the nights I don't do it. I am still in a good place gotta get back to that great place - it was real nice. Okay I think if I keep telling myself I am in a great place I really will be. Work is starting to get busy so my time on PC is limited these days.

Last nights ribs were awesome even if I only got a teeny tiny piece because DH and Matthew ate them.

Today:

Breakfast: oatmeal with frozen berries and milk, coffee with milk/splenda
Lunch: couscous with diced tomatoes, veggies and 1 cheese stringer 1 pt

Snack: popcorn popcorn2.gif

Supper is Manwiches/Sloppy Joes, not sure how I am going to do it, I may just put the meat in a salad, like a taco salad, yummy.

Okay, stopped visiting this great place over the weekend, RL got in the way. Overall I said it was a great weekend. I watched what I ate, worked out twice, once on Saturday and then again yesterday morning and took the boys to the zoo yesterday for a 2 and half hour walk. I also had a great non-scale victory for me, I bought some Peak Frean cookies my absolute fav. and only had 1 of each flavour and stopped (4 cookies) usually I eat the entire bag. So I feel really good other than the family and me included is fighting off a nasty cold and allergies combined. YUCK. Food is the farthest thing from my mind these days and that is great. So I am on day 7 of week 2 of the new me and I feel awesome.

Food for the day:

Breakfast: shredded wheat minis with milk, coffee with milk and splenda
Lunch: left over pasta and veggies, berries with yogurt and splenda

Snack: banana.gif bananas, popcorn if I want it popcorn2.gif

Supper not sure, with a house of sickies it may be soup.

Off to drink some water now, if you this you gotta drink up too. beer.gif drinkjuice.gif babybottleburp.gif

Thanks Karen, hugs to you and yours too, I just read about your weekend. Hopefully you can get together with them again when everyone is better.

I think it is really starting to hit me. I have no desire to eat and when that happens you know I am sick. Everyone else seems to be getting over it so that is good. I didn't get on the gazelle last night I was too tired to do it, will get there tonight. We are having my family (mom, her bf, sister & BIL and their 4 kids, BIL & FIL) for dinner on Saturday and my sister and her gang are sleeping over so that should be fun, I hope I kick this bug by then. On to day 1 of week 3.

Breakfast: gonna force myself to eat berries and yogurt
Lunch: pasta leftovers and veggies,

snack: didn't eat my popcorn, still have it and bananas

Off to drink some water and get some work done here. smile.gif

I have a conference I'm putting on this morning so I won't have much time to snack or drink water. The snacking part is good, the water is not. I should have brought a water bottle with me. Maybe I'll see if the hotel gift shop has some.

Okay, feeling much better today, looks like I may have kicked this bug to the curb. DH didn't get off so lucky as he doesn't eat or drink like I do so that could be his problem. I got on the gazelle last night and felt a little weary after it. Gotta remember to do it every day or I feel it in my legs and joints.

Breakfast: Peanutbutter sandwich, coffee with milk
Lunch: couscous, cheese & tommatoes, banana,

Snack: popcorn ??,
