blush.gif blush.gif i am just thinking about the recent weeks with DH and am giddily in love with him again! you know we've had our troubles but since we found out i was pg, everything has changed back to how it was in the beginning. he is sweet and funny and loving and helpful and i really thank God everyday for having him in my life. he is so patient with my hormonal self and it really shows how much he is trying here. i wish i could do more to show my appreciation. any suggestions?
through all the problems in my life, they seem so miniscule when i know i have him standing by my side. does that sound silly? sorry for nauseating you all but i just had to share wub.gif tongue.gif

Awwww wub.gif you aren't nauseating me. I'm feeling the same way lately, maybe it's because DH will be leaving for a long trip, not sure.

Not sure on ideas on how to show him you appreciate him. Just keep lovin' on him wink.gif hug.gif

That is so sweet. wub.gif I'm happy for you guys. You deserve to be in love. wink.gif

Just keep reminding him how much you love him. Make a list of all the things you love about him and make him his favorite dessert. biggrin.gif The way to a man's heart is thru his tummy!

Now I should probably take my own advice. Oh, I forgot, Scotty doesn't EAT my cooking! rolleyes.gif

That is really sweet!! wub.gif I'm so happy for you.

As for showing your appreciation, maybe take him out to a sporting event or a concert or something that he likes to do. If he golfs, you can schedule him a tee time at a local golf course for him and his buddies. Or if he wears jewelry, you could get him a necklace that says "best daddy" on it. Maybe I'm too sentimental and girly about it. blush.gif

it is so sweet that the two of you have re-kindled your love for each other again. HOW SWEET!! wavey.gif

The little things that I do my for my DH (although not consistently) are sending him e-cards to his e-mail. So when he checks it in the a.m. he (hopefully) will have a bright spot to start his day. I am not a hearts, flowers and candies type of person, but sometimes I am drawn to things like that to express my love for my DH. Leave little notes in his work clothes, or try writing him a letter and leaving it in his car so he can have something tangible to hold during his day. There are many ways of little things that you can do... I hope these may give you inspiration.

I'm so happy for you, Kimberly! I was just wondering the other day how things were going for you, glad to hear your good news. Obviously, your patience and compassion has paid off in a big way.

Well, I know what sorts of things my dh appreciates above and beyond all else, but since we're not on the intimacy forum, you'll have to use your imagination......
