Are these safe to eat when you aren't sick? Alec asked for a popsicle after lunch and they are the only ones I have on hand. Not even thinking, I gave him one. He only eats about 1/2-1/3 at a time, but are they ok?

um...that woudl be pedialyte, not whatever I typed blink.gif

Well...I wouldn't give them, but I'm SURE they're okay. I'm pretty sure they aren't a big deal and that they're just for hydration, etc. I think...

I'd say it's okay, but just that once! wink.gif

I looked on their website and I'm sure he'll be fine. I think they are basically just sugar and electrolytes and water.

QUOTE
Pedialyte Freezer Pops are a "cool" way to help your child get the fluid and electrolytes needed to help prevent dehydration. Just pop them in the freezer, freeze and eat. Each box contains 4 great-tasting flavors — Grape, Cherry, Orange and Blue Raspberry. Each box of Freezer Pops contains 16 2.1-fl-oz pops.

In a hurry? Cut the top off the Freezer Pop sleeve and pour the unfrozen liquid into a cup or glass

It's just like drinking Gatorade so they're fine...

That's what I was hoping. We had just played hard outside before lunch, so he could use the replenishment. Thanks thumb.gif
