I voted 20% of the time he really doesn't help out that much but I guess every little bit helps. When she was very first born he did everything because I had an emergency c/s and had to be put to sleep and on top of that I had an infection so I really couldn't do anything but he was wonderful!

I voted doesn't really because he is not hime too much. When he is I still do most of it. If I ask then he may help a little. He use to be a BIG help. He lost that a long time ago.

I votes 80%, cause my dh helps me out alot.... cooks, cleans, helps with baby when I need a break, changes baby's clothes..... He really does a lot.... he did most of it when I was in the hospitel, cause of them doing the c/s, but now I do most the feedings, unless we are out and about, dh feeds him with a bottle, and I do all the changing of the dipairs, unless I'm really out of it and it's just #1... LOL.... he dont do the #2 dipairs....

I chose 20% but that is being generous especially when they were little.

Are they helpful? He is getting better than he was.
What baby care do they do?? He thinks that if he held the baby while I got dressed he was helping.

Feeds? He fed them if he HAD to.
Diapers?I can count on 2 hands how many he has changed and that includes both boys.

Bath?? Nope still hasn't given one and Matthew is 6.

In preperation for Lauren's arrival, my Dh pretty much took over all "evening" chores with Katherine. Feeding, bath, stories, entertainment, walks, bedtime etc. I still get her ready in the mornings (you would not BELIEVE some of the outfits he's put her in LOL) but now I'm in charge of Lauren and he's pretty much got Katheirne duty.

He does try to give Lauren at least one bottle of EBM a night and he gets up once or twice during the night to change her diapers too. He's the best! He even sat up with Lauren last night from 2-6 so I could get some sleep. She's had a cold and can't get comfy for the life of her. sad.gif

I voted for 20% of the time. He does a little bit, not much. Some days they are in bed before he even gets to see them.

He says the cloth diapers are too hard for him to use, so he doesn't change any. He will take them off, but not put them back on. Oh well, I'd rather change them all anyway!

He never helps. NEVER. I go years and years without seeing him..actually you know I dont' remember ever seeing him...

Maybe he doesn't exist dunno.gif

Jk lol
had to stick my nose into this, I think it's important for guys to help out. I remember when I was with my ex girlfreind, she was gone most of the time and when she was home she didn't do that much to help ME. So there are men who do work . I promise.

I voted 50%, although there are days when he does more and days when he does less. We split everything equally... the business, housework, and care for Ashley. So, it depends on who has more going on with the business as to who cares for Ashley more. I personally would rather have more time with Ashley and less time with work. tongue.gif

I voted 50% of the time. We have a very even relationship when it comes to Sydney. I work during the day while he watches her and then he's off to work while I get to watch her. But even when I wasn't working he had no problems changing her diaper and stuff. If I was giving her a bath he was sitting on the toilet watching and keeping her entertained.

I voted on 20% because my dh isn't really home that much he is out trying to find a job! But even when he is home he is scared to hold and feed and change Damion because he is scared that he is going to hurt him or drop him or something!!

I voted doesn't really help. My husband doesn't help out in any way-shape-or form. He normally works during the day and I stay home with Blakely all day but since he is out of work right now (it's been 3 weeks) he is home ALL DAY and doesn't help one bit.

I hope all of you that get help, even a little help, consider yourselves VERY lucky!

My husband has always been amazing with our little girl - he's been besotted with her since she arrived wub.gif i would say he used to do fifty-fifty, he was at school a lot of the itme when she was first born so obviously I'd do more but as soon as he came home he'd do anything for her and still would wub.gif wub.gif wub.gif xx
