Ashley's parent-teacher conference is next week. I am not worried as she's well-behaved and got excellent marks on her report card. (Not to sneak in a Mommy brag or anything. laugh.gif blush.gif ) But, the teacher sent home a paper to fill out before the conference. It had each subject and a space to write questions/areas we may want to discuss. I suppose the teacher is just trying to be prepared, but I don't know what to write. I usually don't have any questions so I just let the teachers lead the conversation. But, I also don't want to come across as I am uninterested in her education so I feel like I should write something.

i just sign the forms as i don't usually have questions either. i think the spaces apply more when a child has an unexpected (poor or good) grade.

Those things stump me too. I don't usually put anything. The last time I got one for Conner, she had listed we would be discussing grades, behavior, and social skills. Then it said, please list any other areas you would like to discuss. I thought, what else is there? That pretty much covers it all.

I never know what to say either because they don't really have any problems so I just sit down and hear how good they are doing and try to come up with some creative remark. It really stresses me out. Especially when it's in front of a teaching team.
