fenugreek, to increase milk production?

I need some ideas on how to increase milk supply for pumping. Member Group: Members Posts: 43 Member No.: 4,283 Joined: 28-July 06	There is also a tea out with all natural herbs (including fenugreek) that supposedly increases milk production. For me it seemed to work although one of the herbs made my breath and skin smell like maple syrup.

Platinum Member Group: Members Posts: 9,140 Member No.: 2,515 Joined: 19-September 05	I didn't use Fenugreek but everyone swears by it. I used Fennel and Organic Mother's Milk Tea. I drank about 32 ounces of the tea a day. I also made sure I drank TONS of water/ fluids.
