Ashley will eat spinach, she really likes spinach-artichoke dip. But, the other day we went out to eat and she had some kind of spinach that had a creamy type sauce and cheese melted on top. She loved it and went back for seconds. I would love to make it for her, but I didn't taste it and don't have a recipe. Any ideas what it could have been, and if so, do you have a recipe for it?

maybe check out the resturants website and see if its listed, you might be able to contact them to at least find out whats in it.

Sounds yummy, wish I knew. My grandma makes it with cream, although I don't know how.

It's called (ironically
 ) Creamed Spinach. I don't have a recipe for it, though. My mom made it alot when I was a kid. Someone made it at a potluck I attended recently and it brought back lots of memories. It's yummy!  -------------------- Cheryl, Olivia's mom

Ok so here's a question. How long does frozen spinach last? I got some awhile back, but I've never really tried spinach and have no idea what to do with it. I'd like to try the creamed spinach, but I wonder if it's still any good?
